Good Morning CGs!

Well, my neighbor was able to get me the gas control valve for the hot water heater yesterday. Covered under warranty so that makes me happy. I have to install it tonight. Shouldn't really take more than 20 minutes or so. Funny thing is, now the other one is working fine, but since it's an intermittent problem with the circuit board it could go any second.

Have to talk to my buddy about the race we want to run. It's more expensive than we originally thought (yeah, you pay someone so you can punish yourself running, right?). I'll try to talk him into it because now I'm getting excited for it.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Never ends ... My wife has had hives outbreaks for almost a week now. She is seeing her allergist and on medication. She breaks out every 3 1/2 hours and takes medication every 4. He says it's something internal and that she has to be doing something different. Can't find the culprit causing the outbreaks. Poor girl is going crazy with welts, itching, burning and all the other symptoms. Neither she or I can get a decent nights sleep.
Today is a rainy day as tropical storm Bonnie passes through SoFlo. I'm gonna take a nice long morning nap and try to conquer some indoor chores later today. Hope you guys all have a happy HCF.

Yahooooo, it's Friday - these 2-day work weeks are killers! I could get used to this schedule. The weather geniuses predicted sunny and 86 today, so of course it is completely overcast.

Jeez, Tommy, that sounds miserable - hope your Mrs. gets it sorted out pronto!

Its gonna be another scorcher here today in the Nation's Capitol! Obama Land!
I'm gettin' my stiches out today and then hopefully it won't be so damn hot that I don't feel like going down to the garage. The other factor to the heat here is that I'm bordered by the Chesapeake Bay less than 2000 feet in front of me and several square miles of wetlands (swamps) behind me that oooze humidity and flying, biting bugs...

Guess the previous owner and realtor failed to mention that when they were showing you the house.

Morning Gurus.....Tommy, I certainly hope that the misses figures out what's causing the hives.....how miserable. Matt, it amazes me that people actually pay to punish themselves, my daughter does it all the time. Don, Hope you have a chance to do a little work on the Corvette and that your knee continues to heal. Brad, gee, it tough but someone's got to do it....right? Two day work weeks are killers.

I've got a little on the plate today. Work on a couple of computers. Move some more stuff over to the storage unit. And help out at the free BBQ this evening ending the county fair.

I hope that everyone has a HCF.

Ha Ha!! They try to sell you on the pristine beauty of the Bay... the fun in the sun and the boating opportunities, nightlife and the fixin's. They always leave out the horendous winds, storms, humidity and bugs when they sell the house. I will too when the time comes!

Tommy, I really hope your wife feels better.

What's this humidity thing?

My a/c (swamp cooler) doesn't even kick on until 3 p.m.

Good evening gurus. Had a pretty good day. We have thunderstorms coming through this evening. Started soaking the brake bleeders for the truck and I found a nice little bubble on the front. So tomorrow I'm off to buy two new tires.

Hope your wife gets better soon Tommy.
