Good morning. Did everything that needed to be done yesterday. Wife was up at 5:15 AM to get ready and leave by 5:45. I got up to load the cooler into the truck for her. Bye honey ........ I'm gonna look for shore excursions for our October cruise, throw out some ancient papers and reciepts and maybe start orginizing some of my DVDs although throwing away outdated documents could take me the better part of a week. Not one of my favorite tasks. I'm thinking of putting it off before I even start it. Let's just say I'll be doing something today. Not quite sure what it is yet. Need more coffee.

Good Morning CGs!

Tommy, do you have a shredder? We have one in the office, best thing ever to give you piece of mind with old financial documents.

I did a 4 mile run yesterday with some pickups at the end. Kicked my butt! But I did it. That's 90% of it right there. Just doing it. I could stay home and visualize it, but I don't think it would have the same effect

BTW, welcome to August. I hope your calendar looks as free as Tommy's.

Morning gurus. We are off to church this morning and then I'm taking the two grandsons to a Royals game. They've been on a skid here recently, but have turned it around the last two games. That's about it for me today.

My August calendar is starting to fill up...particularly at the end.

Plenty to do today... 3 cars need washed and a lot of yard work. Hot and humid returns tomorrow. It looks like August will be very busy.

Notice how "wash myself" was not on Bill's list? Hmmmm....

And quit showing off all those restoration parts, you're making me jealous!

Tommy - that menu looks great. My folks went on a cruise a few years ago and had a great time. I'd like to go on one, but with the rugrats that will have to wait.

Greetings! I just got my lazy ass out of bed, must've been in a coma. A whole lot of nothing on the docket today - I was thinking about going to get the Vette aligned, but if it seems to be tracking OK I think I'll wait until I get bushings installed.

I've had recent thoughts about getting up early in the mornings and going for a run, but decided that if I want to go that far, I'll just drive.

Good lawd, "Crema Di Funghi Selvatica" sounds like a disease!

Helluva find, Bill! I'm looking forward to the day when that machine is alive and kicking again.

Have a great day, everyone!

Had one of those days yesterday when I should have watch tv all day! What a cluster *&^%. Backed out the 89 Chevy 4x4 and while in the garage picking up a little bit, baby truck gets a mind of its own comes out of park and takes out our light post. Not cool. Later on I fell off a ladder repairing a piece of siding from anyone of last months storms. Kissed one of the patio blocks with my face, and now I have a painful knot on my fake left knee.
So Don(big grizzly DO NOT GET ON LADDERS WITH KNEES THAT HAVE BEEN REPLACED!!
Currently watching Powerblock, blogging my guru buds, wife just commented on my face she said"its looks like I got into a gang fight and my gang didn't show up"! and my collie is passing gas and I can't move! I'm glad I'm in the sun room. Yea ever notice when a dog farts their tail wags!

Just took the car for a longer spin to check out the new tires - a brief triple-digit run, some clover leafs, etc. - I am really happy with them so far. It's supposed to rain the next couple of days, so we'll see how they do in the wet stuff.

LOL. I laid back down at 10:30 to nap a little. Getting up early this morning had taken it's toll. About 2 minutes in, Black Jack let's me know he's in the room. I had to get up and turn on the ceiling fan to clear the air before I could try to doze off again. After that all went well and I slept way longer than I should have. Must have something to do with resting on the seventh day.

Now, I hear thunder and it's getting dark outside..... Guess I'll get back to doing nothing.

Dogs are cool! Kelsey my collie loves to ride in the 55 and the truck, I think because she can look down at most cars and bark. From behind it looks like I have a blond sitting next to me which raises an eye with the neighbors. They love to spread dirt. Did you see Ron with that blond chick in his car in broad daylight. Yea shes hot she's got 8 nipples
