I was going to buy one but they are 190 bucks for a 90. I have a Haynes and another one like it but they can be a little vague. It is easier to ask here and maybe get some nice pics on how to do something.

Once you use it a few times you'll be able to peruse it much easier. I still have difficulty every once in a while finding a specific section, torque value, etc, but you'll be able to work through it.

Ultra - watch ebay, they come up frequently.

They're not without typo errors, either. For example, mine says to torque the valve covers to something like 106 ft/lb, which would be great if you wanted the valve covers to end up in the oil pan. But good to have, regardless.

I found at least a dozen on ebay:

Want cheap? Buy a prelim manual - not quite as good, but cheap:

Or the FSM/part one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990-C ... rsQ5fManualsQ5fLiterature

Or the full FSM with electrical diagnosis:

LOL, I'll be careful and use common sense with regards to the torque figures.

I'm sure it will be confusing, GM is great at that. The FSM for my old 70 Z/28 advised disconnecting the negative battery terminal to avoid jumping the starter when replacing the oil filter. I want to see the tool that removes the filter from the other side of the block!
