Good Morning CGs!

I'm a little sore from yesterday's big run, but nothing too unusual. I was more tired yesterday afternoon/evening than anything else. I was like a slug. I did manage to get to a couple stores and do some errands. How did a trip to autozone for 1 filter turn into $66? Well, oil was on sale, so I got a couple filters and a few jugs of oil. Mobil 1 synthetic was on sale where you got a free Mobil 1 filter with purchase so I picked that up for when I'm ready for the 3,000 mile changeover. I'm just at 1500 now, so I'll run regular Mobil "clean 5000" until then. Might happen this year, might happen next.

Looking forward to a weight workout today and maybe work in the garage a bit.

Still no baby

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good Morning! Electricians worked through the night fixing major ground failure in my Wood Shop. Computer Geeks from School Corp repaired computers, and up and running again. My daughter is in Germany this week in Bonn, Wiesbaden and Mannheim, if I can remember correctly they are pretty close to each other. My wife is questioning me about my hood dent, I told her dropped a pumpkin on it! I did go after pumpkins for her for fall decorations.
School is going great! kids are learning! projects are looking good!
Fall is coming, high today is 67 with a low of 39.

Aahh! A pumkin head.

I loved Mannheim. What a beatiful city. The city park is gorgeous. I sky dived 3 times there at Coleman Barracks. 3 jumps, two injuries and an end to my participation in jumping out of a perfectly good plane. This is a nice time of year in Germany. The beer and wine is flowing. Course when I was there the beer and wine was flowing 24/7 365 days a year. Yesterday I felt like crap with the allergies messin with my head. Right this moment I'm feeling pretty good. Better enjoy it while I can.

Spent sometime in Stuttgart, Hellbronn and Numberg training GSG9 many moons ago. I think Stuttgart was close to Mannheim (long time ago) Fantastic country! Beer, wine, sausages and hairy legged women. The food was excellent people were friendly until I asked an old SS group if Hitler was a butt buddy. Some of the brewhauses had old Nazi SS guys setting for hours talking about the good old days. They didn't like Americans! I gave them an excuse to hate us. Opps Us and them again. See how I stay on topic!

Good Morning All.

Well Matt... I was sure that baby was gonna be here on Monday! Any day now!

I have been wanting to get over to Germany for years. I have family over there on my dads side that I have never met. My dad's folks and his family are from Axheim and Rottweil(sp?) My sister and her husband went over a while ago and my mom & dad just went last year to visit. They said it was lovely and the food and people were just awesome.

Morning guys....All you world travelers, me I've been to Canada and Mexico....and 38 states, not a world traveler. I would like to, but my wife isn't big on traveling. Kids are pretty laid back today.

Ron, you DID drop a pumpkin on it! Matt, it will happen....someday.

Got to get to class, talk to you later.

I had a friend that once dented the hood on his car but it wasn't from pumpkins, although it did leave two little cheek marks! LOL

I just spent 2 hours caulking windows and siding, that sucked.
Then pulled the C4 out to do some more garage cleaning.
Then pulled the C4 back in cause garage cleaning sucks, so maybe I should drive to California to pick up some lottery tickets ansd that sounds like more fun than garage cleaning.

I will be eagerly awaiting the Schwan's delivery tomorrow:

BTW, dropped my Maxima off at the body shop this afternoon - $917 worth of damage. Hopefully it'll be done by Friday. If I find the perps I would like to show them a close-up of Ron's hood.

Indeed, that was some creative editing on that Zep/Sabbath clip.

Saw that the e-cig made an appearance on Letterman last night:

Brad that looks good, but I'm afraid it's food porn. You must try to resist. To be sure I will try some and get back to you if you should have any or not.

Its 8:30 pm 90% of the hood dent is removed a light coat of body filler, sanding more, filling, more sanding, spot putty, more sanding!!! Damn why didn't I use the windshield!! bad karma! found a piece of skin and hair between hood and fender, could be skull or facial hair parts hum... feel better now the dent wasn't in vain. Dr. Vet called while I was in the garage and talked to my wife. The pumpkin excuse thing is over! my wife knows it was a human head. On the bright side our collie gets a free spa and bath treatment and free heartworm meds for life. She 13 so life time meds could be short term but its the thought that counts.

Goal for this week is stay out of trouble and don't go out after dark and try and be nice I still have the little pricks keys I now know where he lives
