I touched on it in the daily chat....all the protests against big business when I think our problems all stem from the Governments reckless spending policies no matter who was in the White House.....Business provides the jobs to keep the people employed and making a living....the Govt. takes that money and spends it on.....giving folks a free ride.......there ain't no free rides damit.....!

My wife and I now say LLI whenever we come upon a left lane idiot. It' happens about a dozen times on a twelve mile trip. That works out to about one per mile. When I mention "Slower Traffic Keep Right" people look at me like I'm an alien (from outer space not another country). Being a gringo in South florida ...... that's a whole other story. Add to that being a Yankee gringo in farm country. Now "I'm" a minority.

Yep, about one per mile.
The worst is when you're on a 4 lane, passing someone on the left @55 and a LLI on a side road pulls out into the left lane @25.  |

The wars are kickin our f@(%ing asses financially. All that money and effort poured into a scheme to change the world. Being the worlds police force has come at too high a cost. I much prefer a hit and run approach. Let them build it we'll tear it down from the air. The ground has been a hazardous and hostile environment. Drones and intelligence go along way with occasional visits from Puff the Magic Dragon or some well placed missles. Drugs, money, terrorism, inhuman dictatorships and genocide are the order of the day. We should have a clean up day. Say ...... Wednesday.
The same with our great cities. A national round up of the 10% of the animals that make this country the armpit it has become. Best day for that is a Friday or Saturday. I know .... I know ..... Everybody arrested or wounded will say "I didn't do nothin". The rest won't be saying anything, except for the ACLU, Al Sharpton, Jesse and a host of others lookin for a soapbox. |

Bill did you mention left lane idiots.......? I will come up behind them and flash lights with my big duramax and stay right on their asses until they move over....if they don't I pass on the right with horn going and sign language flying so they know I am pissed off. Semi's were good at that when they were keeping up with traffic but those whales are a whole other problem now with the governers all set at 68 mph.
Just as you are picking up some speed one will pull out and take about 5 min to pass the other one.....I have a whole different set of hand signals for those guys...... |

The "shit slides down hill" doctrine. Experienced it in the Navy and in Education. We have all been in meetings where some high educated person with no common sense dictates new policy on a problem that will leave the implemtation in our laps. IE How do we staff improve attendence in our school? After some bullshit brain storming the Dr.EDD whats to use state funds to pay the students each day to come to school!! F(&%$they already get free lunch, free books, free breakfast and a snack, free tutoring and now this POS wants to pay kids to come to school. Now this women is being paid high dollar to help with our attendence. Its this kind of mind set that sets me off. OR Intel indicts that our enemy is across the border in Cambodia, but the Commanders and Pentagon will not allow us tho pentrate behind the lines. Too much red tape, outcome negative if enemy builds up weoapons and supplies, Brass seems to be perplexed as what to do next! Answer cross the fucking boarder rise a whole new level of shit and destroy the fucking enemy. But no thats against what thee educated wannabes want! We are surround by incompetence and pass the buck humans that do not want to solve problems but create more problems. Opps I feel a rant coming on
