I wouldn't want a ZR1. If someone gave me a ZR1 I would sell it. It's super impressive, to be sure...but I don't need a 600+ HP car that breaks 200 MPH.

The most I would ever want from the current Corvette lineup is a Grand Sport. Everything I love about the Z06, yet in a usable configuration like a base daily driver.

I do love that the Corvette is on a list such as that though. Truly commendable.

What gets me about the ZR1? It's flexibility. Sure, 638hp. But it still gets mid-20s on the highway. If they had done a clutch/bypass on the blower, it would get more.

As for a street car? Gee... I would do either the Z06 or the GS.

I'll take anything (C6) somebody chooses to give me. I'm not picky when it comes to gifts.

How much would it cost to make a ZR1 (or any other Corvette model) interior look Supercar? I'm guessing in the $8k range to make the changes I'd want for someone to throw in.

That sounds like a lot......were you thinking reskin the door cards and everything......New seat leather done right would be 2K....new seats would be more depending on what you would go with....They are plain......especially the black and gray ones.

I would like to see some custom interiors on newer Vettes to see what folks do with them.

Ya the works; doorskins, seats, console, dash, wheel, shifter, speakers, visors, carpet accents, pedals, cargo space, sills and a couple things I'm not thinking of.

I want a ZR1 but only with an Emco sequential transmission.

I don't care what the interior looks like, the race seats will screw up the look anyway.

I don't know why these have a red seat. That would really show brown but look comfortable enough.

How about a Factory Five with a ZR1 platform, Tommy?

Have you guys seen a Vette with the 4LT leather package or the 3LZ leather on the Z06? This wraps the dash and door panels in the same leather and stitching as the seats. It's a pricey option but it makes the interior a lot warmer in my opinion and it is available on all C6 models.
