Good morning Guru's! Big snow here yesterday left 12 inches behind. We got dug out and I am sore today. Big game today but I am not emotionally connected to either team other than there is a kid from North Platte named Danny Woodhead #39 that plays for the Patriots. He is very short and was always overlooked. The Huskers never even considered him so he went to tiny Chadron State in Chadron Neb. and set every rushing record ever. Now he is in the Super bowl.....nice, only in America!

I am so glad I don't have to shovel snow. Spent most of my life up north shoveling, plowing, etc. I miss that about like a root canal.

Morning guys...I was so tired I actually slept in some. I have another coat to lay on the patches this morning. Then the youth group at church (#1 GS is part of) is having a spaghetti lunch and slave auction. Then back home later to put the third coat on.
I doubt I will watch the "big game", Pro football just doesn't interest me at all. Looks like most of the are ones that have been on already. (I do like the trailer for the Adam Sandler movie). Have a Super Day guys. |

Howdy! I have a little touch-up to do on yesterday's painting, then it's couch-time. I wish they'd move the game to Saturday. A friend of my son's was a college roommate of one of the Giants, who sent him 2 tickets to the Super Bowl. He sold them for $10K each.

Good Morning CGs!
Had a nice time at the daddy daughter dance we went to last night. Left early because she said her legs were tired. That's ok, she got in bed at a more decent hour that way. Of course I stayed up too late watching a marathon of the tv show "Psych." I don't know if you guys watch it but I think that show is hilarious. So it was just after midnight before I hit the sack. Wife took #1 to Disney's Princesses on Ice show downtown. Just me and rugrat #2 by ourselves. No big plans, I'm not in to football so I don't really care about the game. So, I celebrated with a new $80 laptop case I got for $21, ordered make up I needed and ended up with two free gifts, got a 20% discount at Godiva, I was given a bag of roasted Kona coffee beans for a shop I did a small amount of work for (he pays $28 per pound!), I guess I had a good weekend too, not the luck that Bill has but hey... But, drove the vette in the pouring rain and it's now nasty - I'll buy beer for whoever would be so kind to clean it  |

Damn, I hate sanding.
I got one door finished up today, finally. Ready for paint and assembly unless the door gaps need adjusting. I really hate sanding. I'd sooner get beat up by gangbangers than sand something.
