Cobras were the only Fords I ever wanted to own..the early Cobras anyway. I remember the buzz when he was winning with the Cobras back in the 60's and us car crazy kids were eating it up. I would still like to build an AC clone.
Amazing life....heart transplant in 1990 then a kidney and he kept right on going...... "I can look back with satisfaction over a life well spent...." He never quit, never gave up and was still persuing his passions right up to the end. That is something we all need to strive for. |
