Stayed up late cleaning up my computer. Woke up to a ringing phone. I have a delivery to do later this morning. At least I don't have to rush. I'm not a big fan of doing things under pressure. All the furniture I brought down has found a place. I'm running out of places to put stuff. I brought down a wicker chair, a rocking chair, and a 2 chair patio set plus a storage chest, a couple of small tables, a foot stool, a magazine rack and a laundry basket full of dishware. My mom said "I give stuff to who I want to give it to." .... OK Ma. I think I can seat about 70 people now.
 I may may be laughing but I'm not kidding. That will be helpful when we have about 50 or more people over for Christmas Day dinner. We're only cooking one pig this year, plus, a turkey, a ham, brisket and a host of other meats, side dishes, breads, snacks and desserts.Gotta go. Later! |

Well I'm right here ready for Guru action.....where has BillH been lately....I miss seeing the C2 eye candy that is always sitting in his driveway......
Cloudy and foggy again this am but I hear it is supposed to clear out by mid morning...we shall see. Got outside work to do so I hope it does. My baby grass on the newly seeded lawn is starting to come up. Hope to have a good stand by the end of the month. Have a day filled with wonder and joy Guru's.......  |

Morning guys...I was up early and at school for a meeting. We are hosting the scholars bowl meet today after school and I am a moderator/reader. The meeting was to help us with pronunciations and appropriate answers. This is one of the rare days where I am dressed in a nice shirt and tie, the kids are asking me what's going on....
Going to be warm here the next couple days, mid 80's. Bottom drops out Thursday-Saturday. Got an early meeting again in the morning, a BS meeting that will accomplish nothing. Catch you guys later...kids coming in. |

Hi ho, hi ho.. off to work I go... and sit here all day with nothing to do... makes for a long day. Drove the Vette this morning.. and I have learned a valuable lesson.... NEVER leave the car windows down under the carport for two days.. I have a million billion gazillion thousand trillion skeeters in there... soon as the sun comes out there'll be ankle deep skeet carcasses to vacuum up
 slept crooked too apparently, hurt between the shoulders, that should be fun in the gym later... |

Since BillH isn't logging on it's a great time to talk about him behind his back.
Just got back from a pick up and delivery. Guess I can start on what I was originally gonna do today. Doesn't really matter. I have a very flexible schedule. There is always tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that. I wonder if I'll ever have a day when I'll say " Wow! I have nothing to do today.". Well actually, I will have one day like that.  My guess is that after that I'll be doing a whole lot of nothin. [Insert emoticon digging a hole, putting up a Good Night sign and laying down in the hole.] |

Good Afternoon CGs!
This morning I had to run to the post office to ship a package. Kids were wild and wanted to go to the park but it as already raining and that turned in to a downpour. So we drove about 10 more minutes to the mall so they could play in the indoor kids area. Did that for about an hour, just got home and fed them lunch. Time for Rr#2 to have a nap and I can get in a workout. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
