Good Morning CGs!

Wow, can you believe it's the last Sunday in June? Where has the month gone? Year is already half over.

I took a few days off from work this upcoming week. I will have a nice 5 day mini staycation. I have a lot of things to do around the house, so that probably means I'll sit in front of the TV and eat pizza.

Should be a nice day today. Going to drive the Vette and enjoy the sun.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

IT'S A BEAUTIFUL MORNING IN THE NATIONS, CLEAR AND COOL, 60 DEGREES. THE CHEROKEE'S ARE ELECTING THE PRINCIPAL CHIEF, RESULTS NOT FINAL YET.

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER COON. I'LL DISPOSE OF THIS ONE ON THE WAY TO IHOP FOR BREAKFAST.

Good morning everyone.
Lookslike a nice day out today. Still no power. The storm ripped up some shingles so it is off to get repair materials. We'll go out to breakfast first then hit Home Depot. Have a great day gurus.

Ah....it's take a raccoon to breakfast day....very nice! Ihop is an excellent choice.

Got up early and had breakfast and early morning discussions with Uwoman out on the deck.....the subject of the day was, who the hell is the Supreme Court and they need to let each State make their own decision based on what the people want not what appointed judges want.........you know what we are talking about I'm sure......

After that I was so tired that I went in and took my morning nap.....

Now its back to work on the house......I need to take some time off like Matt to get some.......pizza et and catch up on some naps......while trying to fix the house.........good plan Mathew........

Here we gooooo Guru's......

Took the GS into church last night and am still amazed at how it shines and I picked up about a mile per gallon I'm thinking.......

Nothing like some fried raccoon and eggs to get the day started.

Hidey-ho! I might've set a new personal best sleep-in record, but I was awakened by what I thought was the smell of raccoon and eggs. Turned out to be my breath. It rained pretty good overnight, so I may or may not do any yard work today as there is supposedly more rain on the way. I wasn't sore when I went to bed, but that is not quite the case this morning.

Have a good day, all!

Just got back from visiting our friend ,David, with our great nieces, niece, MIL & FIL. He's the one that has the lion, tigers, leapards and lemurs. We enjoyed our visit. Sue is loading up the kids with stuff to take with them. Next, a trip to Alabama Jack's for some of the best conch fritters around. The day goes on ..... the HOT day goes on.

NEVER GOT TO IHOP; I WAS SIDE TRACKED AT GOLDEN CORRAL FOR EGGS & SOS. ONLY ON THE SUNDAY BREAKFAST BUFFET, YOU KNOW.

NEVER ATE ANY 'COON, THOUGH I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY ARE TASTY. USED TO BE A LITTLE TOWN IN ARKANSAS THAT HAD AN ANNUAL BBQ COON FESTIVAL, BUT THE FEDERAL BUNNY-HUGGERS HAVE PROBABLY SPOILED THAT. THE BUREAUCRATS ARE HAUNTED BY THE SUSPICION THAT SOMEWHERE SOMEONE IS HAVING FUN.

LOOKS LIKE BILL JOHN BAKER HAS WON REELECTION AS CHEROKEE PRINCIPAL CHIEF. THAT WILL BE A RELIEF TO CURRENT TRIBAL EMPLOYEES. THE OLD FASHION SPOILS SYSTEM IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL IN TRIBAL POLITICS.

We had a little comedy relief here. I am always bonking my head on low-hanging branches, and Mrs. Pianoguy won't let me trim them because they block the view of the neighbors. So we're out in the yard, and she comes whipping around the little crabapple tree out front, and *BAM*, down goes Frazier. Fortunately no permanent damage to her head or the tree, but she did mumble something about how we should cut that damn branch off.

Hey guys. Was up about normal time. We decided to go to the "city" and do our weekly shopping. Didn't buy much as we will be heading out Thursday for KC then on out from there on vacation. Since our return from shopping, I've been out in the shop spraying finish on the cabinet doors. I'm going to get them done sooner or later.

Coon and eggs, sounds good! Marcus, I'm with you on the SC. But it appears there is now a precedent for concealed carry.

Guess I'll know more come morning ..... In the olden days I would nave treated it with some Jack Daniels. Come to think of it, I treated EVERYTHING with Jack Daniels.

Good evening gang.

Well we went and got our fifth wheel and decided to check into the city campground. Nice little part for $18 a night. The good thing is I get a hot shower and air conditioning.

Have a good evening gang. I have to go to work tomorrow.

Night all.

Well, I went back out to the shop to work on three different projects. One I promised would be done before I leave Thursday. Got it mostly done, all I have left is the door, and I have to move kitchen cabinets before I can get to my shaper to cut the parts for that. So that will happen tomorrow. Got some more of the doors finished and hung, only have 5 doors left to do.

It was hot today. Started off nice, but the heat came roaring in with the wind. More of the same tomorrow. I have to go look at two more jobs tomorrow, so I can feed my poor family and put new shoes on the baby.

Got to go take a shower and I guess I'll start packing stuff for the trip.
