Good Morning CGs!

Up and at 'em Gurus. I was so excited to start the day that I couldn't even fall asleep all night long. I tossed and turned and maybe caught 4 hours total. I must have been pondering what great things lie ahead for today's journey.

Picked up another little toolbox last night (I'm addicted to this crap). It's an early 80s Waterloo and very solid. The box weighs 85 pounds empty. Wow. I don't know if I'll keep it, or give it to BIL since he will need a box for his new house. I think it would make a nice little housewarming gift.

Chilly out there, so bundle up.

Up and headed for the great state of Kansas to see what needs done for Ma and Pa......hoping the roads are good, I'm taking the Tahoe so that will be nicer then my Duramax....

Morning guys...Nice find there Matt. Same configuration of a box I made for the shop. Marcus, the roads up in that part of the country were good yesterday, so should be fine today.

Got a few things on the agenda today. Nothing huge, just a few things to finish up at the bathroom remodel I'm doing, meet with a client, some work in the shop.

The weather looks to be improving throughout the week, so that's a plus. Have a great day guys.

Howdy! Snowing like mad at the moment, but I don't think we're supposed to get much. Meanwhile, I found out I have to go to a client's site for a few days on Sunday. Naturally it is in Canada. Kill me now.

SEMI SUNNY AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, NORTH WIND PICKING UP. THEY ARE ADVERTISING NICE WEATHER IN WESTERN OK THRU THE WEEKEND SO I'M GETTING MY ACT TOGETHER TO GO BIRD HUNTING. AFTER TWO YEARS THE DOG MAY NOT REMEMBER WHAT A QUAIL SMELLS LIKE :-0

AND AFTER THAT INTERVAL I'M NOT SURE I REMEMBER WHAT ALL TO TAKE WITH ME. I DO REMEMBER THAT THE WIND WILL MAKE IT A HELL OF A LOT COLDER THAN THE THERMOMETER SAYS.

Gris - I'm hoping to live to 104 just so I can outlive all the people I don't like.

+1 on the "never met a toolbox collector"...
Can't say I have a fixation for anything like that except the beach which I unfortunately never see.
The sun has made a welcome appearance here and will be around the rest of the week, temps about 60.
If plans go well, I will be with the BF in Dallas Tuesday evening and Wednesday - he has some kind of school there and asked me to go with. Be a couple days away from here, anyway.
