I have a little more to do beefing up the headers. Soon I'll be putting up the joists to support the roof deck. I'm going to stain all the roof material before I put it up so I don't have to mess with working overhead later. |

Good morning guys...It's "Super Tuesday". Weather is expected to be 20 degrees cooler today, but still very nice for this time of the year, mid 50's today. Work in the shop is on the agenda for today.
Very nice, Tommy.Your cave is looking good there. I assume all the bracing in the walls is for high winds (hurricanes). We would need those around here, unless the wall are more than 9' tall, then it's called 'fire stop'. Do you insulate down there too? I assume that you do for AC. Have a great day gurus. |

I was looking at 16" x 1 1/2" x 8' styrofoam panels. It's about $12 for three panels. |

Well the C7 GS is out and I like......have to wait to see one but the Quick and the Silver is safe for now...... Trucks all out running doing work......got one almost to Phoenix..... Kind of cloudy and cold here today so not quite spring yet......Enjoy your day Guru's..... |

Just got back from a delivery on a job that Sue is doing. The home is on the National Register of Historic Places. Apparently it was the home of the brother of the man that founded Miami. Looks like a Mexican hacienda.
http://www.miamisprings-fl.gov/community/g-carl-adams-house Can't wait to see it when she gets through with it. The present owner said ditch the cactus. She's placing orchids, planting ground cover, a few trees and bushes plus doing a major grounds clean up. |

Oh dear lol....
wonder if there's a credit card slider in there... Very busy here today, temps were great this weekend, but last night and early today was rain. It's gone now - grateful for the sunshine. Bout to leave here a little early so I can go vote. I often wonder why as they have rigged elections for decades and put who they want in there. We can insert another drunk monkey and they'll still be useless as the rest of the congress is what controls it all. That, and however much "funding" certain groups provide. Oh well, at least I'll try. Happy Tuesday y'all |

Home from the game, our girls handled the opponents easily. So both teams are still in it. Boys play Thursday evening, Girls Friday.
Well, the weather gurus missed again, but I'm not complaining, made it up to 60 today. Again, most of the day the shop doors were open. Didn't get as much done as I'd hoped, but there's always tomorrow. |

We have our caucus Saturday. I was pegged to help people check in, being a computer guru......
 Good thing, the chair and vice chair are idiots when it come to computers. Instead of voting and leaving I "get" to stay from 9:30 until it done at 2, then I can leave. |
