Good morning gang.

Woke up to snow on the ground. Cold here temps in the low 30's. We lost some shingles on the garage yesterday. One of the shingles when it blew off hit the house and took my outside outlet off. It should warm up to the 50's with sunshine.

Not much happening today. We're going to do some shopping then just relax. I'll fix the outlet tomorrow after work.

Hope ya'll have a good day.

Howdy! Goofy weather, gonna be almost 60 today, then back to low 40's tomorrow - ick. Maybe I'll take the car out for a spin today, since the coming week doesn't look too promising.

Enjoy the day, yawlz!

Snow on the grass, but not the street

Put another hot swap drive bay in the desktop yesterday.

IF YOU GET YOUR HANDS ON IT LET ME KNOW; SAM MAY KNOW SOMEBODY IN YOUR AREA WHO COULD TELL YOU ABOUT IT AND WHAT IT'S WORTH. #1, SOMEBODY THAT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ABOUT CAN DAMAGE ONE JUST TAKING IT APART, AND #2, SOME OF THESE "SWORD GUYS" ARE NOT OVERLY BURDENED WITH SCRUPLES.

THE BIG SHOW IS DONE AND I CAME HOME WITH THE SAKO AFTER THE MOST SNAKE-BIT GUN TRADE I EVER DID. ENDED WELL, ALTHOUGH I ENDED UP PAYING $100 MORE THAN I WANTED TO. IF YOU CAN IMAGINE THE THREE STOOGES TRADING GUNS YOU WILL HAVE THE FLAVOR OF THE OCCASION :-)

Had a strange day here weather-wise. Started out at 30 in the morning and was cold and windy. Ended up at 68 by 3 and it was warm and windy. That cooled off and now we have cold rain. Can't figure it out.

Family went out to the hibachi place to celebrate BIL's bday. It was a nice time. I think the guy there was using a samurai sword, too.

It was a nearly perfect day here, today. Slept in, then lounged around watching a little TV. Then went out to the shop to gather the tools for the job for this week (short week working as we are headed to KC Thursday afternoon). I have a complete kitchen to install. I didn't build the cabinets, didn't have enough time, but I am getting to do the install....we'll see how this works out.

After the gathering of tools I decided to clean the pickup up, give it a thorough bath, and a little polish and wax. That took about 3 1/2 hours. She looks pretty darn good for a nearly 8 year old truck.

After that I met with the people I'm installing the cabinets for. Then came home and decided to wash and polish up the Caddy....basically I wanted to spend as much time outside as I could. 79 degrees and very light winds. Also did a bicycle ride with Rosie.

This evening I couldn't find the Royals on TV although I knew they were playing...did they win?

Hope everyone had a great day!

They were on ESPN.....and they led 4-0 going into the 8th then the Mets came back with 3 runs and it went to the 9th and the Mets had a guy on third with 1 out but the Royals pulled it out 4-3 over the dastardly Mets.....real knuckle biter for the last 2 innings.......but they looked good.....
