A little after 09:00 and 70 buckets of mulch has been loaded and spread. 90 more to go and we should be good for 6 months or more. The forecast calls for hot and humid with a chance for rain ............ for the next 4 months .......

Howdy! We had quite a gully-washer last night - there are about 70,000 without power. Fortunately I am not among them. I imagine it'll be quite steamy later.

We have to go to a wake this afternoon, for the wife of one of Mrs. Pianoguy's cousins. She was 33 and they have a 3-year-old and a 5-week-old baby. She was out for a walk and got stung by a bee, and was allergic, so they went to the E.R. - whatever they gave her killed her. I can't even imagine what they are going through.

Have a good day, all!

That is horrible and tragic. Best wishes to the family.

Well yeah, have to give the "shed" some curb appeal.

Still having problems with the ear infection. Continued pain and the same loss of hearing. Called the doctor's office this morning, they are supposed to get back to me...yeah, ok. I'm not holding my breath. My doctor is a dick. I'll be changing medical groups after this to one closer to my house that I like better. Just have to get ahold of the insurance company.

Made some small progress on the kitchen tile yesterday. Got one wall done. A lot of cutting and thus bending over while working. Certainly didn't do me any favors with the ear pain. But I sucked it up and finished the wall. Only two more to go...

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi all. I am still here. I have been battling with kidney stones lately and I am not done yet. I go in for hopefully, my last surgery on 8/18 to blow up the huge one on my right side. The amazing part is I am not in any pain.

Anyways, this past Saturday we had a great sunset at the race track so I will share it with you.

Gris, have fun with those boys...to heck with peace and quiet. Tommy, just think, when you get that done you can build the sh!tter and do the same for it.

It's HOT today, over 100 and I got called to substitute for a friend in a golf league, sure hope he's got a lot of COLD beverages.

Golf was fun, played with a couple friends. Won the match. Weather was warm, but not unbearable...actually quite nice.

We have nephews wedding Saturday, then we are headed to Colorado for a few days. Wish we were going to South Dakota with you Marcus.
