Your local home depot should have it. Looks like a brass tubing adapter with pipe threads on one end.

ecklers, .could have gone to lowes if i had an idea what i needed,,(drill -tap-and patience),got to stand on your head,,their is a slot their that fills up,a flat blade screwdriver will clean it out .it still plugs up.

Sometimes it's hard to be sure in pictures but it's orange, right? It's a color they should have offered from the factory on C4s. A friend of mine has an '85 track car and like your car, it looks killer in orange.
