Bugs Bunny and Warner Bros. cartoons in general. Also Rocky & Bullwinkle was extremely clever and well done. And BTW, the best cartoons were done postwar through the the 60s, bar none..... Never cared for drama or action cartoons, I just want cartoons that make me laugh.
I guess we should give an honorable mention to Fritz the Cat.

The Bugs Bunny Roadrunner Hour.

I waited ALL week for that show. And back then, in my town, that was the only cartoon on. So I watched 1 hour of TV per week.

It was interrupted once to inform me that some President was shot.

I Agree, Bugs has always been my favorite, along w/ Rocky and Bullwinkle

Do you guys remember Boris Badenoff and Natasia? Remember the way she said "moose and squirel" in her Russian accent? One night in a bar in Chiacgo, a friend an I had a Russian bartender. My buddy asked her to say "moose and squirel". It got to the point were everytime she walked by she would say it, to stop us from bugging her. She got a great tip.
