Got a guy in my neighborhood in mind for that. Drives a big pickup with a train horn on it. Drives about 45 in a 25mph neighborhood.

Georgia has been trying some new techniques.
This one did not work out so well (except for catching decalled up ricers).  Then for the Corvettes, Vipers, and Porsche drivers on I-75 they found this worked.  |
