I wouldn't mind seeing that added to the Chevy lineup. The G8 was one of the few new cars I found intriguing. A friend just got a sweet deal on one - they even threw in a set of GTO wheels for it. Nice rumble, too.

Agreed, the Pontiac version with a different front end and no wing looked much better.

I find it butt ugly. Those Pontiacs and even a few of the late 90s early 2000 sedans remind of the old Chevy Monza from the 70s. Yuck. They should stick with the general lines of the new Malibu. I think it really looks nice compared to some of this other stuff I'm seeing.

Here it is. First released in Australia, and is in Britain. It was also featured on Top Gear Season 10 episode 7.

So, a 415HP LS3 4-door Chevy doesn't float your boat?

I am shocked... I always thought the G8 was one of the better looking cars on the road today.

It's odd how, when you say that, I get excited about it again and look once more. Then I'm like, "Meh, it STILL looks like an Evo."

I have no issues with the Evo's look... The older ones were at least a basis for a race car, so that, to me, gave it street cred.
