Of those two choices I'm a silver fan. Black looks OK on some cars but not all. JMO

The black needs a polished lip. Maybe a maroon lip?

Not a fan of the silver but the black needs work.

A friend did a quick photoshop. I have another vette at same angle I could cut out, but photoshop is not my specialty.

Silver looks bright on the car, black looks sinister... but I would say it should have a polished lip on the black.. both are nice choices.. but probably silver just depends on what you are going for.. a Tough look with black or a more refined look with Silver..

I like the silver. The contrast looks better in my opinion. Your wheels and tires are about 30% of what is viewed from the side of your car. Make it a good choice.

I'm a chrome/polished fan. But the black with polished rims have been getting to me.

I've considered these especially at the sell price of $459 (plus lugs,etc.).
But I just spent that money on an air compressor,

I have noticed different colors of silver on the aftermarket wheels.
Here is a silver from a C5 ZO6. The center wheels are painted a dupont silver.

This is basically what I am running on my 95' but with the rivets.. next time I'd probably buy them without the rivets though as it's an extra pain to clean them.

I like the silver, black reminds me of a car with no hub caps

I think the silver offsets the darker paint. I'm a high polish or chrome guy especially on the dark color cars.

Im right in the middle of this exact decision. I have been working on my sons 95. Got a fresh black paint job on it & I cant decide on silver or black w/polished lip Zr-1 style wheels for it.
