Good Morning CGs!
Well I am ready for the babies to get better. RR#1 is just about fine. It's been about a week and she's good for the most part. RR#2 still has stomach issues. Without going in to graphic detail, his diaper change last night involved a bath and a load of laundry. At 1 am.  Wife is at work today. RR#1 has daycare, so it will be a boys' day out. I don't think we have any real tasks to accomplish, so we'll wing it  Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |

Howdy! About time that Friday rolled around - it seems like it has been a long week. Today marks 3 years without a cigarette, thanks to the e-cig. I haven't been smoke-free for 3 consecutive years since Lyndon Johnson was president.

Uh Matt you may not want to feed him wings especially the hot variety....just saying.....the diaper thing you know...
Big day yesterday and I am soooo tired today but got stuff to do. Got home about 10 last night took a hot shower and went to bed...it did see that the Guru was debating big screens....we have an older Sony LCD 55 inch that looks as good now as it did when it was new....Got it at Sam's club and it was about 2500 bucks back then. We have Vizios and don't mind them at all they work great. I have a Sony Bravia in my man cave....I have always liked Sony stuff. This weekend we are heading to Kansas to celebrate the 90th birthdays of my Mom and step Dad. We are having an open house for them on Saturday and then all going to church on Sunday. My brother from California will be there. We had a big deal when they turned 80 and not so big a deal this time and the way they are going we will need to plan a hundredth.....they were dissapointed at the election outcome but vow to fight on.... Gotta get busy....you guys have a great day.. |

Morning guys...Wow, congrats to your mom & step dad, Marcus. Matt, I remember those days. I don't envy you at all. Brad, congrats to you as well.
I have the funeral of the old lady from our church today. other than that TGIF. Big changes in weather over the weekend. upper 70's low 80's today and tomorrow, low 40's for Sunday. Get done what needs to get done outside, Saturday. |

Good Morning. Cool morning 30 degrees in the sixties this weekend. Ton's of things to do this morning. Standby generator needs service before the snow flies, leaf raking, and store deck furniture. Recovered from election, changing face of America... so be it. What is commonsense for us seems to elude our elected officials.
Need to get motivated this morning.... or maybe a nap is order before I go out in this frost covered morning. |

Atta Boy Brad! I quit smoking back in the late 80's about the time we were having babies and I quit drinking...had to quit both since I had to have a smoke with a beer and vice versa.......clean and sober for a long time....
 Speaking of smoking, the legaization of pot in some States leads us to some interesting questions....does the fed law overshadow the State law? |

Supposed to be 72 and sunny here today, sounds perfect. Gotta stop by the lawyer and pick up a power of attorney form for the one in the nursing home, then work a bit for my print shop owner friend. We then have a care plan meeting for the one in the nursing home. Her time there is about up for her therapy and she's gotten worse. I'm only her 2nd cousin and apparently the only one to take care of her. I don't know what to do. Any of you prayer warriors in here, toss a word up for me will ya? I'm at a loss here.
And for all you men-folk - other advice sought... if you have a separated man chasing you and you have told him no numerous times and you really don't want to be a bitch - what do you do? |

I was having a couple of really nice weeks. Then this week happened. I should have known. If things seem too good to be true, they probably are. Glad to be closing out a week from hell. See if I can accidently fall into another one of lifes sweet spots. I probably used up my quota for the year already. Must be a bad moon phase or sumpthin. A couple of things to wrap up from this week and hopefully just move on. |

Ya, we have the winter flocks in. Big ol' turkey buzzards and plenty of hawks. Winter is great for birding in Florida. Not so great for the little critters. The buzzards are big but only eat dead stuff. Nothing like bearing down on a big bird doing around 80 mph and that sucka waits till the last possible second to take off. Sometimes they wait a little too long. POW! BAM! SPLAT! |
