She's been on liquids for over a week already. She is hungry but staying the course. I was on a liquid diet once but that's another story.

And I did legs It was the heavy squats that did it. Today is back day so that should loosen everything up. My wife actually rubbed my shoulders this morning which was a nice relief. A little ice and I'll be fine. I didn't play the powerball game, so apparently I didn't win, either. Good for those other folks who did. I like happy stories. Hopefully they use the winnings for good and not evil Probably take the kids out somewhere today, the sun is out but it's cold. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew

Had early surgery on my arm this am...cutting out somemore bad cells....they got them all first go so that's always nice. The pain killers they injected in the arm will be wearing off soon...I may be grouchy... About 60 here today...I saw a yellow C6 out having some fun.... Enjoy the day.....

After school our football coach and weights teacher, invited me in to workout while he does after school, so I took him up on it and went in after school yesterday and will again today. I'll try to do this 3-4 times a week. Mainly on the elliptical and on the bike...not a recumbent though.
