Good Morning CGs!

Weather won't be quite as nice today as yesterday, around 62*. Tomorrow should be low 70s and maybe 80 on Tuesday. So happy it's finally nice out.

Yesterday I bought a power rack on ebay. Got a good deal. After work today I have to drive about 50 minutes north of me to pick it up and then bring it home. I already have a half cage, but wanted a full cage for my heavy squats and a few other exercises. So I'm pretty excited about that. Big toys for big boys, I guess.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Morning guys... looks to be a another pretty day. Sunny, low 80's and light winds again.

Rich, good to hear that you found a pulley. Hopefully you didn't have to spend an arm and a leg for it.

Morning all....

I'm 'vette-less this weekend; the tranny quit shifting and it's in the shop. Hope to have some good news tomorrow.

Meanwhile, I'm doing some gardening today before it gets too hot....going to be over 100 today

Howdy! The weather is gonna be like me - it'll probably be OK today, then it will start to deteriorate and be miserable by mid-week. I have some honey-do items to tackle, but hope to drag my new golf clubs over to a nearby course and hit the driving range this afternoon. I am going to put the snowblower away, as the Vette finds its presence disturbing.

Have a good day, all!

I checked a few items off the honey-do list, power-washed the deck and cleaned up all kinds of crap in the garage, and power-washed that too. I'm gassed, hopefully I'll find enough energy to head to the driving range after dinner.

Morning....er...afternoon Guru's....my day started last night when I got a call for more seed and so was up with the chickens to go help feed the world. Then I busted home and jumped in the rain locker and grabbed the Bible and headed over to the Star City for church in the GS...I got out in the fast lane and the HUD was reading 83 when I popped up from coming up a hill to greet Smokey sitting in the median looking right at me......I had taken my foot off the second I saw him and he gave me a double blip of his headlights and I cruised right on by holding up the Bible so he knew I was late for church....

Anymore 82 or 83 is just keeping up with traffic out here.

Went to Scheels to get bullets and no joy there....all I want is some 22LR's. Some guys there said Cabellos had a bunch so I called up and they were all out...WTF...they are not going to ban bullets dammit....you can't even go out and go plinking anymore because you can't replace the ammo...anybody know where to get some bullets....will work for bullets.....geez...

Time for a NA beer......see ya later....

Cooler here today, a high of 69. Sunny and almost no wind, so it is very nice. I put the Altec splash guards on my car and I think they look good with the dark blue. Here is a picture. It was a complete bolt on with no drilling.

Evening guys....I went out and clay barred the wife's Caddy this morning, then applied a coat of wax to it....she sure does shine nice. I primped some more on the Vette too. Then I had a mens group meeting. Had the meeting and they had a great prime rib supper.......uhmmmmm good.

Just sitting back this evening and watching some TV.

The splash guards look good. Brad I thought about getting the clubs out, but knew there wasn't time today to use them.

Ugly most of the day here today but the sun came out for a bit this afternoon. Supposed to be 80 and clear tomorrow, 84 Tuesday then raining and 50 Friday. I HATE it here
Did get the Vette out for a run to visit at the nursing home, moved some flowers around in the yard the other day, didn't like where I had them and after only three days I now have a dark red tulip about to bloom. My rose bush is growing as are the other things I have out there. The orange and purple lily things I had last year have sprouted and have 'babies' too along side the big plant. I got some more things today some flower that supposed to be a couple feet tall one bulb was for a pink plant one for a purple. Dahlia I think they are, plus some mixed color gladiolus and some other package of bulbs. And, a cutting from a friend's rose bush seems to be doing okay also, couple weeks I'll plant that sucker too. And, those other inside out flower things I put out back by the deck are still blooming and pretty. The monkey grass is coming along, the hostas have new leaves coming out and one has a bloom about to open. I'm so proud of me right now I could just shit. My mamma would be laughing at me though she knows my thumb is black....
