Good morning gang.

Cold here this morning temp is 31. Should be nice most of the day with temps in the 40's.

I have to take the wife to a Dr appointment for a lumbar shot. We're hoping this works and she can get some pain relief.

Not much else going on.

2.the state or period of being a novice of a religious order or congregation.

Good morning ......

Listening to TYA makes me feel like dressing up to look like a hippie today. Come to think of it I dress up like a hippie almost everyday. A country hippie. Blue jean shorts and a pocket t-shirt.
My credit card number got jacked earlier this week. Good thing the thief was frugal and only fraudulently charged $285 before Capital One shut them down. They called me to ask if I was in Virginia ..... I said "Nope". Glad they were on the ball.
Sue is working a 3 day show, Friday to Sunday. This one is usually good for us. I may have to go tear down on Sunday evening. Can't complain. At least I don't have to work it.
The 91 went back to the shop the end of last week. Fuel pump 2 was also on the fritz. (noisy and vibrating) The mechanic had a hard time locating the right pump but he finally did. It appears this pump is designed for use with a supercharger. I am expecting big things the next time I hit the accelerator.

And the beat goes on ............

Happy Friday! Glad it is here - it's been a long week after being on vacation. My new hammer drill is supposed to be here tomorrow, so perhaps I'll start the tile demo this weekend. Or not. We'll see.

Have fun, Gurus!

Morning guys...after a long day yesterday, I get today off. However I'm headed to school because I have more room there to work on the counter tops. As un-busy as I was during P-T conferences, in the last 10 minutes I had three parents show up to talk. I ended up the last one out of the building at 8:40. Heck by that time everyone else was home and had supper. Why am I so lucky?

Critter of the day.

The bunny rabbit

I was cleaning out the pigloo (where the pigs sleep in winter) and I noticed some pine needles concentrated in one area. I took my rake and flipped them off the mulch. Low and behold there are two or three teenie weenie, little bunny rabbits under there. I covered them back up. Mama was nowhere to be seen. Since I had disturbed the nest I went to check this morning and indeed it looks like Mama come back through the night and rearranged what I had disturbed. Hence, the critter of the day ....

Just had some bacon this morning....with a couple of fried eggs....I have pre cooked bacon that I warm up in the micro.....uh...when did bacon require a 6 figure income to purchase it....holy moly....

Phones were out again and we are still down in the house. 3 days now...somehow I keep getting back on out in the office....there is a cluster of phone trucks about two blocks west of here....I yelled HURRY UP as I drove by....I think it helped get them focused...I couldn't quite tell but I think they were waving at me as I went down the street.......

Today.......I have been put on notice that the Iris beds will be ready to plant the bulbs so that is what I will do because I wouldn't want to upset my wife at all.....

I hope you have a day of clarity of thought and good cheer Guru's......tis Friday.....

Ya we let the old beds get run over with grasses and we started out by digging up the bulbs and putting in a block surround and now needs the dirt and we should be good for the next 20 years......

Geez Louise .......

Picked up the 91 and all is well. He fixed a few things for us and good thing he did. One was the primary fan. I thought it was the relay. Nope. It was the connector. MPH started not registering. I didn't know what it was. Bad connection in the back of the cluster. Auxiliary fuel pump replaced. The part was $145. My total out the door was $270 and I ain't complaining.
I got home and my aftermarket back speakers have been out for awhile. I suspected the amp. I took the hot and ground off to test it. I kept them separated. It tested at 12.4 or so. Went to put the tester down and the hot and ground touched. Crap! Blew the line fuse and I can't find the damned thing to save my ass. The stereo system needs to be replaced so I'm not bitchin too bad ..... It only goes to show .... It's always somethin ..... I still have a right front that works.

Being a munitions veteran, this stuff never gets old. I spent time on the flight line around the C-5, C-141, C-130, Army Cobra, Huey, F-4, F-111, F-15, F-16 and a host of others. I built bombs, (MK82, MK84) and delivered them to the aircraft, hauled missles,(Aim 7, AIM 9 and AGM 65), handled large caliber ammo plus played with plastic explosives blowing stuff up. My favorite plane overall is the C-130 gunship. When I was younger I wanted to be a door gunner. I even volunteered for duty on B52 Bombers but lacked sufficient rank. (E-5 or better). By the time I had the rank I'd lost my desire. I did 5 and out. (1 year extension).

Tommy - you should have two fuses for the radio. One in the fuse panel that is factory and one mounted either on the radio itself when you remove it from the dash or within a few inches of the radio on the wiring harness.

Unless you are talking about the amplifier fuses...then you probably have 1 or 2 mounted directly on the amp itself and one within 12 inches of the positive battery post.

Evening guys...It's been a long arduous day. Was up early, went to school and started on building counter tops. Worked on that until noonish, came home had a braut. Picked up the SIL to help me change the cabinets out and hang the last of them. Went to Menards and picked up the special order of LED light bulbs for the church, almost $1000 worth of lightbulbs. Came home, worked in the shop for a while, picked up Rosie and went to a garage sale. Came home and got my ladder and went up to church to and swapped out 52 light bulbs....LEDs give off a different light, I like it. Then went back up to school and worked on counter tops until a few minutes ago. These things are a lot of work, but man they are nice tops.

I'm tired and have another long day tomorrow.

Then went back up to school and worked on counter tops until a few minutes ago. These things are a lot of work, but man they are nice tops.

I'm tired and have another long day tomorrow.

And you made me tired just reading it. I'm going to bed now. Tomorrow may be a play with the cars day or a finish sanding and painting some yard furniture day, or clean up all my tools, garage, sheds and put stuff away day. My plans could change on a "ring" though.

Amp fuse check, radio fuse in panel check. Have to find where they tapped in to power the amp. I'm sure it's the line fuse. It does not appear to be connected at the battery. Big cables though. Easy to spot. Looks like a job for Joaquin, my radio, speaker and alarm system dude. He treats us really well and gives us the "family" discount. We give and get him lots of business. The system is old and tired. I really could use an alarm system upgrade to boot. We'll see. Maybe Santa could put it in my stocking as an early gift.
