Nice cool fall mornings here in Corn land.......the harvest has started so get out of the way them farmers are busy....
Today I have to build a gate for the deck. We have been using a piece of Styrofoam to slide back and forth to keep the dogs in but my better half says we can do better than that.......so I guess we have to..... What else is up Guru's.......have a safe day....... |

Rain here for the past couple of days. Weather has certainly become more "fallish". That's ok, I'm enjoying the Oktoberfest that accompanies October. My favorite overall style of beer. Kids and work have been keeping me busy, with a few twists thrown in by the wife for good measure.
Maybe I can work on the vette this weekend. Missing out on some great driving g weather. Hope everyone has a great day! |

It's been beautiful here with the best sunsets. Loving it, even the pool water was still warm but I'll bet by the time I need to vacuum that thing it'll be freezing cold. Had someone look at the BFs house to buy, waiting to see on that and we're going to look at one for us tonight. Fingers crossed it's the right deal. I've said my prayers and if it's to be it will be, not up to me.

Good luck VB. Brad, my FIL called me today from a parts recycler's yard telling me one of the guys that worked there had a 99 Porsche for sale and he wanted 20K. I'm not in the market for anymore cars but if the right one comes along .... ya never know ....... Sometimes you get an offer you can't refuse. |
