Greetings! Nice and sunny, so I dragged the Vette out of the garage for the first time since I brought it home. I should've popped the top, too - I'll have to put that on my agenda.

May the 4th be with you :P

Good Morning CGs!

Should be a pleasant day here weather-wise.

Getting ready to head out the door in a minute. Both kiddos have a field trip today and I am chaperoning RR#2's class at the Shedd Aquarium. Should be a good time.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Off today and slept in. The bf made it in from new Cadillac transmission school in St. Louis last night so he slept in too. He won at the nap game, he's just getting up. Been studying at night for an open water diving course. Not sure I really need to go through with this . Was hoping it would be a vaca activity I could do but seems after already springing for mask, fins and snorkel (already had mask and snorkel but got new ones as they're' much nicer than what I already had) and my fins were snorkel only - my scuba fins are old and heavy - I wanted new gear. And the other gear I need for actual scuba is adding up to be too costly for what I can afford to do on this short notice. I know what the course and immediate materials would be but figured other things were stuff you could rent. I guess they are but ? Maybe this wasnt such a good idea after all. I could've used this $700 for a face lift or something.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

VB, maybe you can get your bf to do a couple of practice dives.

Sue called me at 09:00 and asked if I could come over to the nursery for an hour. Got back just before 03:00 PM. Yup, another one of Sue's hours. I have a ton of stuff to do before we go early Sunday morning. Hours lost could have been put to good use on doing my $#!+. Rigginfriggin sassafrasson shidilibop.
