I've ordered a number of items from them over the past year, and have been very pleased with them, especially when things don't go exactly right. When I had a problem with the Hurst shifter I ordered (it was missing bearings), they were very helpful in resolving that problem. And just recently I ordered some new plug wire separators - the product description indicated that brackets were included, but whe I received them, they were not. So I ordered the brackets and sent them a note about it. They refunded the handling charge for my inconvenience. Good folks to deal with.

I'm really lucky, Summit's store is 10 minutes from the house.

Had a chance to have a problem with a "cheap" FPR in my blazer. Limped into their parking lot on a sunday morning 250 miles from home and 10 degrees out. They had all the parts needed right down to teflon tape to get me going! Bought a lot more since then from them with no problems at all

Cool. The one think I've learned is not to go in on the weekends, it's just too crowded. Even on weekdays there's always people in the showroom.

I couldn't agree more. They let me return stuff I've had for almost two years. Circuit Chitty won't take something with a receipt in an unopened box after 30days. Only one of these companies is profitable...you guess which. (OK so I know I can't really do a meaningful cause / effect but it feels good to say it)
