Good morning C-G's!

First day of May - woo-hoo. Weather is supposed to be nice today, around 70 and sunny. I think it's supposed to rain overnight, but I can deal with that.

What's on the agenda for today? My wife has already decided that we are going to take the vette out for a cruise, go to the store, and then get some ice cream. I couldn't argue with that logic

Before that I'm gonna hit the weights a little and I think there's a little laundry to be done. Wife can take care of that - just cause you're pregnant doesn't mean you can't do laundry

On the funny side of "news", Gary Coleman was on tv's Divorce Court. Why can't this guy just fade away and become a footnote somewhere? He always pops up on these reality shows. He looks like an idiot. He's 40 and she's 22. I guess when you're famous you don't care what kind of publicity it is.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Matthew

Comments to your morning comments....
The weather here is hot as hell, at 9:30 its in the 80's.
My wife has only been in my Vette twice in five year.
I run four to five times a week and lift weights once a week and never done the laundry(in forty years).
I did catch Gary Coleman on tv yesterday, he's a joke.
Have a great day.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Matthew

Good mornin'!

Looks like a cooler day, but another beautiful day in the neighborhood.

Going for a cruise and then ice cream always sounds like a winner!

Got a meeting the first half of the day, then back to the office for the rest of the afternoon. Should be pretty mellow.

Have good one!

I'm on my second to last day of a working vacation. I haven't even put a dent in the honey-do list. Windy but beautiful day. Low in the low 70's High in the low 80's. Like I told the spouse, I have plenty to do for at least the first 6 months of retirement. 27 months to go and counting. Piece of cake.

It appears that my neighbor with the really good wireless signal moved out and isn't coming back.

So now I'll actually have to pay for internet service... *sigh* Well, it was a good 18 month run.

It's going to cost a minimum of $100/mo for high speed and cable tv. What's the going rate everywhere else? I remember when both could be had for half that.

Our cable bill is over $200/mo, with 10 megabit internet, a couple of HD boxes and a DVR. :sad5:

Very nice day today! I have been scouring the net looking for Honda RC-51's for around $5,000. Its a tough job but I have found a few. I narrowed the search to about a 2003-2005. KBB is around 6,500 for a 2003 so finding them cheap is a good thing. Its about to become riding season and I am trying to beat the rush before bike prices sky rocket.

CC, I don't know if you have Comcast in your area, but they were running a deal where you got three different services for $33 each a month. Basic cable, High Speed, and phone service.

But just call whoever your local provider is, and ask if they have any promos running. Tell them you are really considering going with a dish/satellite service, and they will bow at your feet to get you signed up.

Johnny, sounds like you are shooting for an SP2 RC-51 then? I don't really know what the difference is, but the first couple years were SP1 spec. versions. You could probably get one of those cheaper, depending on your budget.

Gotta love the sound of a twin, especially with after market cans and a good re-jet.

It's not all that bad. Haven't you ever wasted 1 to 3 hours at a movie theatre? The first 10 to 20 seconds were great and the last 8 seconds; Priceless.
