From the good old days. Mid 90's approx. 1st 11 second run.

And another clip. That car always seems to hook well.

Up here, spring is a long way off. Racetrack will not likely open before the end of April.

No line lock. The rear pads are about 10 years old, and the burnouts don't seem to hurt them at all.

Cool

Do you have them on tape?

You can wire the VCR directly into the digital one.
That would eliminate the video of a video.

Thanks,
I will mention that to my buddy. He owns them. That makes it easier for sure.

I think I was still running recap tires back then. In the early days of drag radials, the BFG's had to be bought direct from BFG, and were almost always back ordered. I ran a yokahama autocross tire, but the outer 3rd was smooth, therefore always caught the tech inspector eye, and I usually was accused of running a worn out tire. The solution was to run a performance recap from a place in Tennessee. Laugh if you will, but they hooked like glue, and never needed much weight to balance. Good in the rain, and got approx 5-7k out of a set. Best 60' on one was 1.550. I won my 2 track championships on recaps. Like I said, the good old days
