Good Morning CGs!

Just a quick note, don't have much time before Sam wakes up. Wifey's at work so I get to destroy the house today

Had a nice weekend with my folks here. Always good to see family. My wife doesn't understand what it's like because she lives 10 minutes from her folks, I live 5 hours from mine. Oh well.

Tinkered in the basement for a couple hours last night. Cleaned up a bit, finished some base shoe, decided to throw up some drywall inside a closet (used leftover stuff just to get rid of it/clean stuff up). Can't wait for the carpet to get here so I can start putting everything together. Ugh.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good to spend some time with your family while you have the chance. Mine's all gone except for my sister now, and I don't see her often enough.

I got my A and B pillar weatherstripping done over the weekend. I used Willcox's kit - the fit was very good. Since the weather looks like it'll be crappy all week, I may do the doors sometime this week.

Everything well here. Not so mad today. Got a free trampoline on saturday so thats good. BBQ'ed on Sunday. Tried to install my bathroom stuff on Friday but the darn toilet did not come with the bolts and we bought the wrong type faucet for the sink...DOH! Anyway, going to get the stuff to fix it right this week and by this weekend that bathroom will be done except the door. Might do that as soon as I get back from vacation.

The trampoline may have been free but it's the medical supplies from using it that cost.

I'm putting on my Mrs T-Bone hat today. Plenty of stuff needs done around here.

Hey Matt. Did you get your pole wrapped?

Don't answer. I really don't want to know ............

Good morning! Looks like another few days of sunshine for me, more rain on the way Wed. Not much going on, just got to decide what to do today. Might just ride over a few miles and check out a B-B-Q joint I read about in the local paper.

Have a good day

Well, got the rugrat fed a couple times and she's sitting next to me pulling books off the shelf....you know, safe, healthy stuff for babies to do Almost nap time for her so I can work out.

Tommy, thanks for you interest in my pole, but I still have to get to Menards to get the supplies.

I talked to Chris (CSS996) via email today and threatened him to get his butt back in here. He said he's been really busy but he's got some stuff to post up so he'll try to check in soon.

Any other members MIA? Lets track them down!

Matthew

OK, I posted it... My Bad Luck Schleprock post... Wish it was all fun stuff. But it is what it is.

Good to be on here again. I really need to stop and take time to get on here, and stay a part of this place. While I still have a Vette, at least...

Thanks for the prod, Matt. At least you didn't call me a douche bag this time... :sad5:

OK, I checked out the BBQ joint. Pretty good, would go back again. It's not far off 316. Coming from the Agusta area, just turn on Highway 20 to the right. Go about a mile and follow Highway 24 to the right. It's about 3 miles from there.

Calling you a Dbag is out of love! Glad to have you back. Hopefully you can stick around for a while, even if it's just to say hello every now and then.

I agree. My entire weekend has been spent with mother and getting her back into the hospital with CHF.
I hope everyone else had a good weekend.
