Hey guys....nothing is irreplaceable! I live 10 minutes away from the biggest C4 graveyard in the country in Bristol,Pa. ! contemporarycorvette.com
They have to have it! This sounds like an excuse to meet Pete, Dan. Both of us are only 2 and 1/2 hours from nanticoke. Sorry to stick my nose in but If I can grab a part and get to witness The God of transmissions work, I sure wouldn't mind! Gettin a hip replaced on Wednesday but I'll be up and around in a few days they tell me, so let me know if I can help! Alan

With all due respect Josh...what color is the smoke, white?...maybe when you torqued and snapped the thermostat housing, a hairline crack in the block opened up front. That would get coolant into the valley and drain right into the pan right?. I know that is completely "out there" but is there coolant in the oil? Or, maybe theres a crack in one of edges of the head gaskets that was sealed by the old intake gasket, but not the new one just because the old one has never been disturbed. it just seems strange that it just started after the gaskets were manipulated......wonder if there's coolant in the valley under the intake.....just some guesses from the rookie!

I just finished the second round of chemo this morning and there going to ship me home for a couple of weeks 'till my white cells tank then they'll do my bone marrow transplant. Cant wait for the spring when its all over. Like a lot of folks, I have a job. I work, they pay me. In turn, I pay my taxes and the government distributes those funds as it sees fit. I am required to pass a random urine drug test from time to time and I have no problem with that.
What I do have a problem with though, is, the distribution of my hard earned tax moneys to people that do not have to pass a urine drug test to receive them. Shouldn't they have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check? I had to pass one to earn it for them! I don't have a problem giving someone a hand when they are down just to help them get back on their feet. But, I do have a problem helping someone sit on their ass doing drugs while I work. Can you imagine how may tax dollars would be freed up for other uses if people were just required to pass a drug test to get a public assistance check? Think about it! A thought for the day alan

I picked up an X pipe from one of the guys that makes them over on Florida Corvettes about 3 months ago..JUST GOT AROUND TO HAVING IT INSTALLED TODAY. I had the guy remove the mufflers too. The old system was looking pretty thin in spots, so he basically did a cat back for me. It has a sweet low rumble at idle. Not too much louder than stock, but when you rev it , man does it growl. Has the coooolest little burble when it is rolling to a stop! AHHHH I'm a kid again! Yes it does drone at about 1700 through 2000. I think I will remedy that when the new gears go in though. So for now, at least it "sounds" more like a vette to me.
 My 17 year old called me a Poser! hahahaha

I've never trusted mine. It has never misbehaved like that, but, I really haven't given it the chance. ....window is always opened when I'm working on it. I have changed the battery on my remote and it did work a little better. Once bitten, twice shy...it will never happen to you again!

The Fossils Cruise Night takes place the last friday of each month, starting in May and continuing through October. October Halloween Cruise is the newest addition to our cruise night season. Cruise Night location is the Jackson Premium Outlets (formerly Six Flags Outlets) from 6pm to 10pm. Get there early because the parking lot fills fast and a parking spot is not guaranteed. It is said to be the biggest cruise night in the United States. You never know who just might show up at one of the Fossils Cruise Nights. In the past, we've been graced with the presence of Cindy Williams & Paul Lamatt (John Milner) from American Grafitti, Harrison Ford and Lou Ferrigno. We've also had some old time drag race celebrities and their cars as guests at our cruise. Our cruise is a family oriented event. We welcome all American made cars pre .1975. Cruise Night dates for 2008 are as follows: 5/30; 6/27; 7/25; 8/29; 9/26 and a Halloween Cruise

I grew up laughing at those 2 clowns. Even as reruns..."G" rated comedy that the whole family enjoyed. Hats off to Mr Korman. The world has lost another great.

Anyone heard from Mat?? Hows your wife/ Baby? I was in Chicago for your crap weather yesterday! Schedule was too tight to try to hook up though. I was thinking about you pacing around the materinity ward!
I'm off today!! Beautiful day in the Philly area. I'm going to try to take a run out to Downingtown to a place called Victory Brewing for a nice fresh beer and a burger. I'm not hard to please. Don't worry, Only 1 brew when I'm vettin'!! Have a great day Gurus!
