Had some stupid endless loop dreams this week involving simple problem solving. Did you ever try to solve a problem while your dreaming? Guaranteed to screw up a good nights sleep. Today is trash day .(LOL) It started off with a nice rain shower to water the lawn and rinse off the cars. I'm going do some indoor stuff while I wait for the grass to dry a little. Pay a few bills and watch the checking account shrink. It's grass cutting day ..... again ..... Have a good day everybody. Make the best of it.

Good Morning CGs!

Well, I'm back! Yup. First day on the daytime shift again. Had a little trouble falling asleep last night, but no problem getting up this morning. It'll be nice to be on a regular shift, again.

Been looking around on the internet for a used engine hoist. I am gonna pull the motor and drop it off at the engine builder hopefully in the next couple weeks so he can take a look at it and do the machine work. Still have a lot of little parts to order, but in due time.

So anyone have plans for the weekend?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Slept like crap.
This 3rd shift stuff sucks - (4) 10 hour days, but 3 day weekends are nice.
(Have an 1st shift job interview on Tuesday next week for a better paying job, hope it goes well - the 62% pay cut I took earlier this year sucks too)

Today is disassemble the daughter's Sunfire cooling system day. Broke the bleeder screw on the heater core tube yesterday. In order to get one at the local salvage yard, I have to buy a complete engine. Looks like I'll slice the broken screw with a Dremel to remove it.

Good Morning Gurus!

62% Pay Cut!?!?!?!? OUCH!

Had a nice shoot last night. Have another small one in a few hours, then some small errands. I'll give myself the rest of the day off, but plan to work all day Sunday on a big edit. It's a project that has been hanging over me for awhile, so it will be nice to get it knocked out.

Yea it's Friday. Three day weekend for me. Not much on the agenda. Wash and wax the truck. Kinda boring with nothing to do. Hope everyone has a good Friday and a great weekend.

Same here Mike. I've got to get about 500 lbs of insects
off the Vette sometime this weekend. Other than that, I won't be doing much.

There is always something to do. It's just a matter of wanting to do it. Take a short drive to a nice place for a relaxing lunch or dinner and check out the local scenery. Go to someplace new or somewhere you haven't been for awhile. You'll be glad you did. Or do what we do best. Stare at the back of your eyelids while reclined.

Happy Friday! I have had a freaking headache all morning, hope it departs before the workday is done.

62% haircut - ouch, indeed! Best of luck on your interview, Mike!!

If you pay your alacrity bill, the fan will come back on.
