Mate we have all seen worse, at least this one looks to be in one piece, i do remember seeing an advert for a 96 that was claimed to be some special edition magical model that was never released for the common man to buy (cause it had been crashed and you couldnt buy them new that way) and was asking some crazy price for it, someone wouldve bought it and thought they got a special crash edition 96 LT1 Vert for a steal....

You know how these things go...

The ebay ad is amusing, but the people's comments are stupid. I couldn't help myself and responded.

This guy is a douche bag loser.
He should know the difference between suicide and Lambo doors???????

"Did you see the wing? Did I mention the stereo system with the hidden wires and such? This car is so fast that ladies panties fly off when I drive by. And then I can stop, open the wicked suicide doors and offer those pantiless women a ride that they'll never forget at right around 200 mph (like the speedometer says)."

I didn't see your comment, Kevin, where was it?

Best comment on the page:

"I didn't know they made an IROC Corvette, but the license plate confirms they did."

Basically that the wheels are a factory C6 option, not some 4.5" import wheel as suggested, and that the check engine light is supposed to come on with the key on.

No, but they are homicide doors, because if I ever saw that guy I'd have to shoot him.

For who, the car you park next to?

Aftermarket doors and not Lambo doors. The Lambo doors are a true scissor style that only have one plane of movement. Straight up. All the aftermarket kits make you open the door conventionally 3-4 inches, then swing up and further out. In other words, look like shit.

BTW, Lambo doors are so played out Lambo doesn' use them.

Agreed. Which is why you never see photos of these kits from the front view. It looks stupid with the doors sticking out sideways. Well, it already looks stupid I guess.

I don't understand you. You stated that Lamborghini doesn't use them. I simply stated the fact that they do and then you post a retard emotiocon? Who exactly is the retard here? No wonder a lot of folks don't come here.

Smart ass remarks to factual information and talking down to people are highlights of a site well run. Enjoy your forum and the members you have because attitudes like this and word of mouth from members who have been treated like this travel a lot faster and farther than any other type of publicity.
