It's a brand new day and I've got more than a days worth of stuff ahead of me. My MIL accidently fell down a flight of stairs last night fracturing her femur and damaging some tissue in her right shoulder. Wifey has been with her all night at the hospital. Surgery will follow soon and an extended stay at a rehab facility. Sonny boy is having some electrical issues at his house I have to go look into. Unpacking the SUV of all the fishing stuff we took to the Keys. We fished several days and had a nice catch considering the massive fish kill, the result of the recent cold snap. Yard is a disaster, routine house cleaning duties, shopping, cars, nursery, etc. Good thing I'm retired. Gives me some time to catch up on all this stuff. :coocoo:

Sorry to hear about your MIL's situation. Elderly accidents are both unavoidable and hard to deal with.

By the way, title says Monday the 24th but I'm pretty sure today is Sunday.

Morning Gurus....Sorry to hear about your MIL Tommy. I hope everything works out OK.

Speaking of MIL, mine called this morning and they (FIL & MIL)are coming out today to spend a few days. They want to watch the grandson play b-ball, his last regular season game is Monday. They haven't been out in a while, so it will be good to see them here.

I'm out in the shop working on the cabinets. I hope to get them all sanded and maybe stained today. It would be nice to get them ready to spray the lacquer by tomorrow (after the grandson's game of course).

Tommy sorry to read about MIL. Just returned home from my daughters house, finally finished her kitchen and bathrooms. Put on door hardware and caulked the pedestal sink against the wall. DONE!!! Watching Colts and Jets. Unbelievable weather in South Bend area. High near 50 and cloudy. Winter storm comes in tonight.

I used to LOVE Brett Farve (How it should be.) but I think he got a big baby label from me when he pulled that retire syke when he signed with the Jets. Then he did it AGAIN with the Vikings. Yes he's having a great year, but I lost a lot of respect for him when he played the system to switch teams...not once, but twice.

Drew and the Saints...they've worked very hard and have totally earned this opportunity and I hope they win.

I never really liked the Jets much, so I'm glad the Colts won.

If the Colts and the Saints go to the big game in two weeks I think the Colts will be the better team.
