Good Morning CGs!

Happy St. Patty's Day to all.

http://www.history.com/topics/st-patricks-day

http://stpatricksday.com/history/stpatrick/overview.shtml

So does anyone have big plans for celebrating? Not me. Just a regular day here. Even in Chicago, they no longer have the big "Southside Irish" parade like they used to. Too many drunk people at noon, peeing in people's bushes and passed out in the alley. That's the reality of a St. Patty's day parade.

http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/20 ... e-st-patricks-parade.html

Other than that the weather was very pleasant yesterday. Started out chilly and made it up to 60 or around there. Very nice. Unfortunately, the weather change kills my sinuses. I had the most horrific headache before I went to bed last night. Neti pot and some cold & sinus medicine seemed to clear it up. Probably more of the same today.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

St. Paul is a big St. Patrick's Day town, but I never really got into it. But I did drive the Vette today, just to get a little spirit - supposed to be 60-ish, so I figured I'd better grab the opportunity.

The snow mold, etc. around here is supposed to be wreaking havoc with allergies. Luckily I haven't been afflicted *knocks on head*.

Have a great St. Patty's Day!

Hope you feel better, Matthew.
I used to get that stuff all the time but not since I moved here.

I've got one little crap job this a.m., degrease the front og the engine block. Then I can put all the clean parts back on and go for a ride. It's nice wotking with the garage door open.

Kiss me, I'm Irish.
Being half Irish I used to celebrate things like Wednesday, it's raining or it's 9:00 AM and I'm off today so St Pattys' is just another one of those amateur events to me. Hope everybody has a fun day.

Hi guys, late start again for me today...at least here. I've been out in the shop working and playing with the grandsons. Spring break is nice. Tonight I have to run over to the 'city' to attend a meeting put on by KPERS (Kansas Public Employees Retirement System). I have some questions about some items and find out when I fill out the appropriate forms. I'd better get cleaned up so I can go. Talk to you tomorrow.

I haven't even put any green on today...but then again I haven't brushed my teeth so that probably counts....doesn't it?

Half Irish outside the most Irish of all cities in the USA, Boston.

all is good

Sunny and in the 60's today
what a difference a day makes
Cellar is mostly dry now.
Spent the day cleaning out what got soaked.
Which turned out was too much.
