Good Morning CGs!

Welcome to Monday. I hope everyone had an enjoyable Easter with their families. I spent the afternoon at the wife's aunt's house. Had a nice meal and we celebrated a couple birthdays, as well. My BIL's was Saturday and our cousin's son turned 6 in March. But since it was Lent they won't celebrate. It's their tradition but I think it sucks if you're a kid and can't celebrate your birthday, well, on your birthday!

I'm gonna try to make a couple phone calls today to several recommendations I got for engine shops. We'll see how that pans out. I can usually tell pretty quick if I like someone or not.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good Morning Gurus

Back to the old 9-5 again. I salvaged the weekend yesterday. The wife fixed a ham and we spent the afternoon working in the yard together getting some things done. I painted some long overdue trim out back and installed a new motion detector flood light over the deck. I actually got the wife to sit in the driver's seat of the Vette and take a look at what I have been working on. I don't think I impressed her much, but anyhow she took enough interest to appease me and take a look.

The weekend was much too short, even though mine was 3 days long. Is it Friday yet?

Morning guys. The wife and I got quite a bit done this weekend. I got one of the sheds painted as well as the garage door on the house. Tonight I'll try and get the second one done. Tomorrow my lumber load come in, so I'll start the cabinets sometime in the next day or so.

Today is senior skip day, so my classes are somewhat smaller, doesn't hurt my feeling any, but I'm afraid it will just promote more 'spring fever'. 42 days left.

Morning all. I have effectively held the couch and lawn chair down all weekend, therefore today will be the day the vette gets vacuumed and washed off. I mean it. I was up till 2am cleaning bathroom, vacuuming and laundry so I have a head start and am already out of bed, so far so good. Also need a fan relay on the vette and some weatherstripping conditioner. Hopefully Ill get done in time to drive it!

Good morning guys/gals. I had a boring weekend again. At least nothing broke. But it was nice to have some nice weather. Good luck on the builder search Matt.

Go Butler. I don't much care for Duke. I'll be watching the Womens game tomorrow, Go UConn.

Just got back from the first surgical follow up visit with the wife. All looks good but they're talking about a one month recovery period. No strenuous work and she's wearing a removable walking brace. I'm thinking of taking a nap and getting motivated later in the day. I have lots of things to do but I always have lots of things to do. The only thing I feel like doing is ..........

Greetings, Gurus!

Well, we had a busy Saturday moving furniture then going to a concert, so Sunday was nice and mellow. Watched the recorded F1 race, and caught up on some other stuff on the DVR.

It gonna be a busy week for me - I have several phone meetings, an in person briefing to conduct tomorrow, and the two trainings to conduct the rest of the week. Besides a sorority event tonight and we're having some folks over on Saturday. Craziness, I tell you.

AND, it's actually raining.
