Good Morning CGs!

Can't believe it's past the middle of the month already. Where does the time go? I haven't really been able to get on here other than to do the daily chat. My days are filled with work and the evenings filled with family. And it not that, there are chores to be done. Never a dull moment. Maybe I need to be retired, like Tommy

I will drive the car again today. To answer Brad's question from yesterday, I try to drive it until I can't drive it any more. Once it snows I put it in the garage, but on a warm/dry day I will take it out. Heck, doesn't even have to be warm, just no road salt. Rain doesn't bother me, though. I cut the collision insurance off in the winter, though, so usually doesn't see too much road time.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

I'm getting all worked up. Too much thought about worldly events. Just have to remember KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid.
I have a few simple things to do today. One might involve going for a ride.

Top of the morning to you all! Cold rainy and drab out. It is no fun, no sun, November. Don't sweat what you can't change Tommy. What we all can do is get out and donate some time or money or both to some local need.

I have always been pretty good at making sure I got what I need, now I'm thinking it's time or way past time to start giving back some. There is a homeless shelter getting started here in town and they need construction help and money and I can help them with both. I'm just saying.... Have a great day Guru's!

Howdy! It looks like it's safe for me to call a lawn mower repair shop to have them come get my zero-turn mower - needs a little work. I don't think I'll be needing it any time soon.

I miss the Vette, gonna have to start planning my springtime to-do list.

Enjoy your Hump Day, everyone!

I'm here. Trying to get caught up on some work at my day job. I just got an email requesting that the club participate in a Thanksgiving day parade hauling beauty queens down the street. I think they forgot that we don't have back seats because they want two girls per car. I don't know too many guys that want someone sitting on the waterfall of their convertible. We'll see.

Weather is still pretty good here. Sunny and 60s today. I like it like that.

Chat later
Have a good day

Hey we finally got back up and running here at school....cold, blustery and dreary today. Quite a change from yesterday, high of 65.

Well, with the internet down I got a few things done....hummmmm, maybe I do spend to much time on here.

Ron, I know what you mean, kids want everything handed to them. Make me think? No way! Just tell me the answer. Don, it sounds like a normal call to me, people just don't think....wait a minute, where have I heard that before? Ultraman, that is a good thing that you are doing. I try to do some of those things around here. Actually I've been considering doing a 2 week stint down in Central America. One of the other churches here in town has a mission that they go down twice a year to do work. Yes, I know there is plenty to do here, but I thought that seeing a country that is worse shape than ours would be an eye opener for me and make me more aware and sympathetic to those in need. IDK. I do what I can with the Emmaus House, a homeless shelter about 25 miles away in Garden City.

Vape-o-Rama. Snapped a couple pics today - in the first one, from left to right, a Super-T Precise 10440, a Vapor King from Vapor4Life, a well-worn WetBox, a REO Mini, my newest addition - the polished REO Grand I got today, and an old Marlboro pack I brought back from Sweden a few years ago. The second pic is just the REO's:

If they stand on the front seats facing backwards, then you'll get some volunteer drivers.
