January is quickly fading and many of you will be glad to see it go. Me too. As the year progresses the less I'll have to worry about freezes. Heading out to help my wife load up for a big plant sale/ flea market. I think she's going to Marathon. As well as making a few coins she'll be spending some as people dicard some really nice items at low low prices. She always brings stuff home. I don't know why. We' don't need anything. The hardest part is finding a place for her purchases. Alrighty then. I'll check in later to see what's new with you.

Good Morning CGs!

Rugrat #1 was getting on my nerves last night. Somehow I lost my spot in bed about 10 minutes before my alarm clock went off. It didn't help I'd already been up with her 3-4 times throughout the night...irritating. Anyone know where I can get some horse tranquilizers???? Ahhh...nevermind.

I can't say it's been warm here, but in the upper 20s and just breaking 30 is better than the single digit temps last week. It's almost like a heat wave. If there wasn't still ice and snow on the roads and paths I'd hit the streets for a little running, but it's too dangerous now. Just when I think things are about cleared, we get another couple inches like yesterday. Oh well.

Still need to find time to tinker with the vette.....

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Happy Friday! Yeah, I remember hugging the rails on the bed when the boys were little, or when we had a dog. I was always amazed at how a 20lb. dog could take up a king-sized bed. Gonna be 31 here today, heat wave.

Have a great day, everyone!

Happy Friday Folks!

Last full day at work here ...What a experience...
Glad it's over..

Going to spend weekend getting ready for the movers to come pack up everything on Monday! Very glad to see temps above freezing...even getting in the mid 40's today and tomorrow!
Hopefully, that should help melt most of the snow/ice that still covers our goat trail of a driveway!!
They're bringing the rollback out Monday to load up the Vette... Should be interesting....Times like this I wish I hadn't lowered it!!!

Hope all have a great day/weekend!

Ahh Matt, I remember those days or nights. It seemed that it would be good for awhile then we would get into a period where it wasn't so good. To encourage you, this is the easy part, it gets worse. Just kidding!

Dave, good luck on your move, hope it all goes well for you and yours.

Friday is the best part of the week for me with the promise of the whole weekend ahead of us. Got stuff to do, people to see and a living to make so I best be about it. Enjoy Guru's.

David's movers are packing, I got some unpacking to do and no movers to do it for me.

But at least, I can do it with the garage door open - 59* today.

Well its nearly afternoon now and I'm just getting started. I got a pile of work to do for the day job and a pile of work to do around the house that has been piling up since Christmas. Good grief... does it ever end?

Matt -- I think if I had a couple of those little rugrats around here I'd be in shape just from running after them!

Y'all have a good day now.

Oh no he's not. Calls from the school admins, car accidents, calls from the lock up and the list goes on. Doesn't end till their independent. Today it seems like that's about hhhmmmm 42.

Gee Bill, why didn't they just ship you a bunch of logs? Looks like you have to build the cabinets yourself!

Hey guys......I finally made it. Got up pretty early drove 3 1/2 hours to get here. I spent 5 1/2 hours today at the woodworking show. Sat in on a couple good seminars and bought a few things. Got back to the daughters house and headed out to eat. I keep forgetting how much fun it is to go out to eat with a 2, 5, 7 and 10 year olds.......I think I can relate to Matt's situation.

Bill, did they all show up without damage?....I hope so.

The weather was nice today, in the 60's, tomorrow the bottom is supposed to start dropping out. I get to move a washer and dryer tomorrow.

I'm tired and will probably hit the hay early.
