Happy New Year's Eve Eve.

I know I've said it before but I still can't believe it's the end of the year.

Supposed to be a high of 19* today. Great. I guess the days of being spoiled with unusually warm weather are over. Still no snow, though.

Anyone have big plans for tomorrow night? We are planning on taking the kids to the movies.

Morning guys...really cold this morning, 0 right now and supposed to be colder tonight, somewhere in the -10 range. We got about 4-5 inches of light fluffy snow last night. Would have been really pretty, except it came down sideways.

I have to finish up that SOB of a computer this morning, before we head to KC. Was planning on taking the Caddy, but I think we better take the pickup due to the weather and forecast.

Big plans for the new year? Sure spending time with the grandkids. What better thing to do?

Working from home today - the commute down the hall was grueling. I need more coffee. 19 sounds practically tropical - it might make it up to 3 here today.

I may go all out and stay up till.....I don't know.....like 10:30 on new years eve....I know Im such a party animal.....

Very cold here also.....phone says 0 degrees but wind chill will be way down there....

I will be out in the country on sales calls today so I better bundle up....I put some fuel treatment in the Duramax yesterday when I filled it so that should be ok...nothing worse on a cold day to have the fuel wax and jell up.

Yesterday was shot and half of today so far. Better get crackin. Work is waiting. One of the good things is you can always put it off till tomorrow. Unfortunately somebody already claimed my morning with a delivery. Guess that's why I make a list.

cold here too, think it was 34 when I got out, ice on the puddles, thankfully not near as cold as some of you get nor near the snowfall. Still have the croop - I'd gladly give it back to whomever gave it to me. It's moved to my sinuses now - great joy. Just learned the friend's visitation is Friday evening and funeral is Saturday. I hate those kinds of things. He was my Vette trip riding buddy I'm sure folks talked but we didn't care. I' 46 and he was 71 but we'd take his car one time, next trip was supposed to been my time to drive and take my car. Sometimes we'd split a room even since we were both by ourselves. Nothing funny - we both kept our 'jammies' on - he had an 02 yellow convertible. Think there's a pic of him on my FB page even somewhere in the fall foliage tour pics, he organized that every year.
Car adjuster showed up finally yesterday afternoon, he wants to total the car and started adding stuff in even we didn't add in at the shop. Now he makes the offer and him and Don will argue it out. I sit and wait and worry.

Hey guys...made it to KC. roads were kind of crappy through Salina (a little over half way). After that point it started warming up, made it all the way up to 15. Thank God for heated seats Yea I know, I'm a wienie.
