Good Morning CGs!

We have some strange weather today. Heavy thunderstorms with a high of 75. People say that's tornado weather. I don't know if it is or not, but I'll take the 75*.

We went out to dinner last night at the local chain Mexican place. Food was good and the kids behaved. Who knew that could happen...lol.

Wife says she wants to take a family trip this summer. Most likely driving. She wants to go to Tennessee. I suggested Bowling Green, Kentucky but she said no. Can't figure out why. Maybe there is a compromise

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Gemoje!

Gonna be a balmy 43 and rainy today. I don't know how much more of this sweltering heat I can take. They're saying 65 and sunny for Saturday, hope it isn't a mirage.

Have a good day, Gurus!

Morning guys...Bowling Green? Neat place to visit, Matt. Even my wife enjoyed the museum and plant. Maybe not as much as I did, but she thoroughly enjoyed it. We're dry until Saturday...first car show day. Of course it would rain on that day, but I'm not complaining, my car won't melt. Upper 60's -low 70's today.

Grass and fountains in my daily planner. Cut the nursery and then clean the sludge out of the pond fountain lines. "Fun for the whole family.". Tomorrow is house cleaning day to prep for family arrival. This weekend I get to entertain everybody. Not one of my strong suits. I'll figure something out. (I hope)

Woke to the gentle sound of thunder today. One bolt of lightning was close enough that the thunder shook the whole house. Lovely start to the morning.

Working on an Excel spreadsheet today and can't find the function I need. Back to the books and help screens. I will find it somehow. Fortunately it is a no rush item.

STARTED OFF CLOUDY WITH A LITTLE RAIN, A LITTLE THUNDER, THEN A BURST OF SUNSHINE, THEN MORE CLOUDS, AND NOW THE SUN IS BACK. THE CHEROKEES WOULD BE CONFUSED, EXCEPT THEY LIVE HERE :-)

TIME TO START PACKING UP THE GUNSHOW STUFF FOR SET UP TOMORROW IN TULSA. MAY TAKE THE BUMBLEBEE, IF I CAN GET EVERYTHING IN IT, HAVE ONE VERY BULKY GUNCASE TO TAKE.

I woke last night to the sound of thunder
How far off I sat and wondered
Started humming a song from 1962
Ain't it funny how the night moves
When you just don't seem to have as much to lose
Strange how the night moves
With autumn closing in
