Panaraan doxo!

Gonna be a steamy one out there on the golf course tonight, supposed to be 90-ish with a slight chance of rain. Hopefully the beverage cart will make frequent visits. Meanwhile, nose to the grindstone.

Have a good day, yawlz!

Good Morning CGs!

Not much going on today. Hopefully a workout and tinker with the car. Have to run to mom and dad's and do a little more organizing/categorizing of his tools that I have to sell. All machinist specific stuff, so I have no use for it. It's all high end stuff (starrett to a machinist is snap on to a mechanic) so it won't be too hard to sell, just a lot of work.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

SUNNY AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, HUMIDITY SEEMS TO BE DOWN, RIGHT NICE OUTSIDE. GOT THE USUAL ARTHRITIC PAY BACK FOR THE WEED EATING YESTERDAY, SO TODAY WILL BE NON-PRODUCTIVE.

A TOP-DOWN RUN TO THE FEED STORE MAY BE IN ORDER.

How da ya do?

Clearing the power lines in my yard today. Bucket, saw, chipper and crew in place. Hurricane season has begun so trimmed trees around the power lines are welcome. They have sparked some the past few big storms. Doing little chores and paying bills today. Tired yesterday and retired today. A third cup of coffee is in order though I don't think it will help much. Already hot and steamy outside. Hope the next 5 months pass quickly.

No work on the car today but I did get the grass cut and trimmed the bushes. I also got some work done cleaning up the garage. Still a huge mess. Today would be a good day for a dip in the pool....if the water wasn't a balmy 68*. Maybe next week....

Slow day at the graphics shop today - not quite the same said for body shop yesterday however, nor was Friday out there. Took my bumper off and did a little work to it and replaced both fog lights and reinstalled. Nice to have access to a shop and a frame machine I can set it up on when I need to do stuff. Bout to start a side job at home, yearly book layout I do for the paper office. Dread it but the payout is good on it. That'll help.
Hope everyone had a good weekend and a good start to their week.

I got a ton done today. I just finished at 10pm. Been going for 14 hours. I finished the modifications on the cabinets in the rectory, Got a call that I had a delivery at school and that the package was "damaged" and wanted me there to look at it before anyone would sign for it. Took a while to get it unloaded. While in the middle of doing that I got another phone call from my wood supplier "I'm sitting at your house with a delivery." Geez, when it rains it pours. Then we spent all afternoon framing walls. Still have a little to do there. The building inspector stops by in the morning to check out what we have done and what we have yet to do.

Finished up at the rectory at 5:30. Then went up to school to go through the damaged box and check whether or not I had any hidden damage. My #2 GS and I spent the next hour sifting through the parts checking them out. There were a few parts with damage, but I don't think any of the pieces require replacement. After that, I processed some of the materials from the other delivery and decided to try and finish that job, so back to school where I installed locks on some drawers and all the drawer pulls, then delivered them to the building site. 10pm and came home where Rosie had made some bacon and egg sandwiches.

My ass is dragging. Hopefully I'll hear the alarm in the morning.
