Good Morning CGs!

Stopped by my buddy's shop last night for a few minutes to chat. While there I borrowed his borescope so that I can try to inspect the cylinder walls this weekend. I think I am at the point where I don't care any more about fixing the issue, I just want to know what it is. I'll probably add a catch can and run it for a while. We'll see what happens.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

The guys worked Saturday and Sunday and are 95% done on the big pad. Need another whole day to do the walk. This is a weekend project for them as they work full time doing the same thing for a contractor Monday thru Friday. The patio area is about 500 sq.ft.

I think not. You break a hip it's all over. Hockey is a young mans sport IMO as is football, soccer and other high contact sports. Golf ......... Now that's an ol' mans game. Dominoes, card and board games too. What do you think BillH?

Morning guys....I'm readying myself to go get the new water heater. I'm so looking forward to doing plumbing today. I've got a ton of things to do, but getting hot water back on is a main concern. Went next door to the neighbors house last night to shower, that's fine, but I rather like taking my showers at home. Just waiting for the supply house to open before I take off, so I can call ahead and make sure that the stupid thing is actually there first.

That a pretty spunky 94 year old! But agree with Tommy that could be a killer (literally). Although I think he obviously doesn't believe it would do him much harm.

Called over to the supply house, heater not in yet, I'll go out to the shop and work a while, I guess.

Water heater in. I'm glad I was just "helping". Got it all installed and plumber says "I just saw a drip off that pipe. Maybe it's condensation." Upon further investigation, in the process of disconnecting/connecting the out going water line he/I/we must have tweaked an elbow and it was dripping. I suppose I can take it apart and re-solder it, or we can cut the bad part out and replace with Pex and Sharbite fittings. So I ask which is easier and within a few minutes we are headed downtown to the hardware store to buy some Sharkbite fittings and a piece of Pex. Only a few minutes back from the store we are up and running again.

Got the stiffer springs installed in the front.
Can't wait till the next autocross to try them out.

Took a look at my mother's Saturn to see what blew out on the brakes
It was a line, but it was the HARDLINE,
must have been moisture in the line.
Car may be terminal for other reasons,
the rear suspension is so rotted the swaybar bar isn't connected at EITHER end!

I didn't get it for that price but, notice that it's not available online now that they've lowered the price.

Still cheap, cheap for something with a HD Touchscreen.

No, Tom. That laptop is still stuck in Windows 10 reboot cycle, keyboard doesn't work. Haven't done anything else yet.
