Good Morning CGs!

Should warm up to about 62 today if we are lucky. Only a day of nice weather and then it cools off again, but I'll take it.

Break in oil should be here today at my buddy's shop. He ordered it for me since I would have had to order it anyway. Saves me a trip to the parts store. Still haven't gotten my new tune emailed. I'll wait another day and give them a call.

Saw my Mac guy yesterday. Bought a little drop light on sale and while I was there he had an old Genisys scanner on the truck. Only updated through 2003 and somewhat outdated compared to the new stuff. Said he wanted it out of his garage so he gave it to me. Score. He's a really good guy and he was happy to pass it along, I was happy to take it. Never know when you'll need it.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Hidey-ho! Supposed to be semi-sunny and mid-50's today, so once again the Vette is on the road. However, they are forecasting up to 6-10 inches of "free fertilizer" tomorrow, so Vette season is coming to an abrupt halt.

Meanwhile:

Have a good day, Gurus!

Morning guys...I worked my arse off yesterday. The morning went well, but the afternoon presented some problems we weren't anticipating. By the time I got home, I had put 12 hours in and then did some work in the shop, so as to get a head start on today. I know it sounds crazy to work that hard, but, I really don't like the driving over to the 'city' everyday to work and I am trying to minimize the number of trip/days that I have to do so. I sure hope the plumber (clients son, and former student of mine) got things figured out last night and got the pipes moved so we can continue progression. I hate f@8king plumbing.

Weather is supposed to be in the 80 again today, and it looked like from the weather forecast last night that the moisture has been removed from our part of the state for tomorrow and Thursday. It is still supposed to cool off those days though. Brad, good luck with the free fertilizer.

Mojo on the back issues Tommy.

Sad news from Brussells, and of course the politicians are using it to sling shit at one another. Must they do this with everything?
Court yesterday morning for the lady that hit our vehicles. Turns out we weren't needed - she was there for the assault charges and we told them that we don't live with them and have no idea what went on before we 'met' her... ugh. Wasted time - him a day from work and his income, me was just away from body shop and I didn't miss anything. Still a hassle.
Finally got taxes done today - been on the verge of tears since with that mess. I really need to move to another country. Taxes on the pewter Vette that got totaled were harsh even though it was replaced. Have to come up with it from somewhere I guess.
Happy Tuesday y'all.

Had a delivery to The Keys this morning. Could hardly walk and my back was Vulcan killing me. When I got back I went to a local CCU storefront operation. The MD is one of our friends and clients. Took care of me pronto with two shots to the arse, some anti-inflammatory meds and a muscle relaxer. Didn't want to wait till the last minute with the upcoming trip. It's no fun to be hobbled during vacation. The shots knocked my ass out. Messing with my stomach and head a little too but I'm gonna take em because already seeing signs of improvement.

Terrorists suck

Take this you bastards

Your time is gonna come. Watch for the payback. If it were up to me Abu Ghraib would look like a child care center. Has anybody ever tried waterboarding with acid? I'm sure you'd get mixed results.

Or if some had their way we could beat them with flowers, read The Bible to them 24/7 and play Miley Cyrus and Justin Beiber cd's till they puke.

Hey guys, another busy day. Worked pretty hard framing everything up. Tomorrow will be sheetrock and finishing it. I'm so tired tonight I nearly fell asleep coming home. It was almost hot today, middle 80's, but dropping off tomorrow.
