Good Morning CGs!

A little late for me this morning, I got to sleep in! Actually, I had planned on going to bed earlier, but I started watching some tv show on A&E called "jacked" (I think?) about the auto theft task force in New Jersey. It was pretty interesting. The baby didn't want to sleep, anyway, so that was ok.

What's everyone up to today? I have plans to work on my fuel injectors and run some errands. I have to pick up the pool pump and get that all back together and running. Sounds like fun, eh? This weekend is supposed to be nice, so we want to close the pool. I think we're gonna have a date night on Saturday, so that should be nice, as well.

What's everyone else doing? Anyone playing hooky from work?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

HOT CHICK FRIDAY!!!!

Good Morning Gurus!

Well, my home refinance loan went through. We are signing the papers next Friday. w00t!

Gonna save us $500 a month. We'll just bank most of that, for when my job goes away, in case things don't take off as quickly as I hope.

Still no real word on when I'm getting the axe. On the one hand, I hope they take their time. On the other hand, if it's gonna happen, I kinda wish it would.

I'll just sit back and let it work itself out. Que sera, sera.

Have a good one!

I just installed my throttlemeister yesterday, going to try it out today. Also got some helmet radios last week with bluetooth, fm radio, and bike-to-bike communication. I called mom while doing 90 on the freeway, but she didn't seem to care. Damn.

Also got the project bike running finally. The carb was 100% blocked with crud. (Suzuki boulevard 650 that we picked up in otherwise excellent shape for $600.) Still need to adjust the float, otherwise it fills the entire airbox with gas!

Okay, so I know what retort means, but I also do mass fatality planning and we talk about access to retorts which are the ovens that are used in cremation. His reply made me chuckle.

Hope everyone is having a good Friday. Sounds great so far!

Be careful with those Throttlemeisters - I have 'em on both the BMW's...

They're real good at chewing up the end of the grips (from the underside), and if you set it too tight, jacking up the throttle twist...

But if they're set right, it's nice having the right hand free...

I get to take my RT back to the doc tomorrow morning to see why I'm getting a Brake Fail light (actually, fluid level fail error) - ah, what fun....

Matthew, not sure what you're asking. The C1 is "fine", with the term "fine" being relative...

We found the C3 parked on a street in Hollywood when we were leaving a party. I have no idea who owns it.
