Good Morning CGs!

Well, the alarm clock was unwelcome this morning yet familiar. I think I could have stood in that hot shower and drained the entire 50 gallon tank if I had the time. Just one of those days already, I can feel it. Oh well. It is what it is.

Got my radio project pretty much done last night. Just a couple odds and ends left, so that makes me happy. What's new in everyone elses' worlds?

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Cold and clear here this morning.

The garage wasn't quite warm enough to apply primer last night, so I'm toting the kerosene heaters with me today. Maybe round 2 will be a bit more successful.

Hidey-ho! One of those mornings here where you'd better be sure the windshield washer fluid reservoir is full. Hope everybody affected by the ice storms stays safe.

Yesterday a co-worker invited us over to watch the Super Bowl in his new theater room. Should be fun - 110" screen, comfy chairs and a well-stocked bar. I'm pretty sure it's gonna cost me money once my wife gets a gander at it.

Having time helps. I cleaned out my mailbox today.
Never a shortage of things to do. Sitting in my PJs drinking coffee and planning my day at 10:30 A.M. I'll be off my ass before I know it.

Tommy, you shouldn't clean out your mailbox in your PJ's. What will the neighbors say? What will your mailman say?

It's a bitch being retired isn't it. Most days I don't even wear a watch.

Boy, 1 more day. I got my UPS tracking number and checking it frequently. I just called the people where the gun will come in at and gave them my number so they can call me when it arrives. Hopefully in the morning as it will be more difficult for me in the afternoon.

I spent about 4 hours last night soldering parts onto RC cars and fumbling with nuts and bolts that are better suited for a swiss watch. After I unhunched myself and recovered from lead fumes, I realized it was 2am.

Got off my lazy butt and took the Vette and the new rear tires out and got them mounted and balanced. Another few months and I will have to get the fronts replaced, but the tires are just sitting in the garage so the big money has already been spent. Otherwise nothing on my agenda, think it is nap time now.

Had a good day. Moved some stuff out of the basement and cleaned up a bit. Now I'm over at the BIL's and I'm gonna play drywall hanger for about an hour before I head home.

Tune in tomorrow for HCF!
