Yup, time is on a magic carpet ride. It's flying by.
I'm spending the day at home today. I've got all the regular honey-do's to take care of. My wife works 6, sometimes 7 days a week so it's the least I can do and take care of a few things around here. I spent 4 straight day's doing chores for the nursery. That sure is a lot like a job. I wouldn't do it if I didn't want to. The doc says I need to excercise and going out their, I get a work out. So, I'm off to mow our lawn, clean the house, do some laundry ..... ..... Have a gur-reat day.

Good Morning CGs!

Happy weekend to all! I just sat down and has some ideas to revise my best man speech with, so I made a few additions and changes. Hopefully they enjoy it. Last night was the rehearsal and then we went back and BBQ'd at the house with a big group of us. It was a lot of fun. I had never met the maid of honor before, and she's got a great sense of humor so I'm safe there. I'm like a bull - I buck right out of the gate so you either hate me or love me. I got lucky I won't ruin their wedding!

The best, Best Man speech should go something like this.

I know him as a friend. Now he has a wife. It was sure nice knowing him.

It's Saturday and I don't have a tee-time, so that must mean that yardwork is on the agenda. At least it is a nice, sunny day, and there's a drink holder on the lawn mower.

Have a great weekend, folks!

I stayed in bed all day yesterday, got up at 5:30, watched the tornado weather, went to bed at 1am, up again at 10am, busted my hiney cleaning house all dang day. The sun is out but it was supposed to thunderstorm all day. Should've cleaned yesterday. The Beale Street Music Festival is going on and I'm missing it
Figures. And being in the cleaning mood thought I'd shampoo the rugs, shampooer is broke somehow. Pissed me off. I smashed it. Now it's really broke and I have an excuse for a new one that I really like . Phhhbbbttt.
Hope you all have a good weekend

Got up early and spent 6 hours at a local dyno. Saw as high as 910 through a gts viper and as low as 175 from a b16 civic. Fun day. Way to hot here in south texas.

Hey folks, I've been at the grandson's baseball tourney all day. Got up, got the stuff together, drove two and half hours, sat for an hour and half before the first game, watched them lose 6-5, sat for another 2 hours before their second game, which they won 8-4 (grandson pitched 4 innings and allowed 3 runs with 6 K's), got in the car and drove back two and a half hours, now I'm about to doze off. And the best part???? I get to do it all over again tomorrow.

Sounds like everyone has had an eventful day...VB you sound like you got the best of that ole shampooer.
