Morning...up early and headed up north to do some sampling and selling....hmmmm that reminds me of a song....

Penn State mess will no doubt get worse as time goes on. Paterno gone as will be everyone even remotely associated with the program back then.....it had to happen for the University to start moving forward....He can't let stuff like that happen on his watch....with out getting the cops involved......So here comes the Huskers to play ball right in the middle of it all.....I don't know what to expect.

You guys and gals keep paddling, we'll catch you on the flip flop.....I love old CB talk......keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down.........nice!

Good Morning CGs!

Well, good news for me. Last night I installed the new modem/router for my new DSl service. No more internet connection problems (hopefully!). So I can try to catch up on what I've missed the past few days.

Weather here has taken a turn for the worse (ie, cold!). Yesterday was nasty rain and wind and the temperature dropped significantly. It's about time to let the vette sleep for the winter. I should try to wash it first...lol.

Going to dinner tonight with Rick, a few friends from work, and few other corvette guys. Should be fun.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good morning.
Todays mission if I choose to accept it is to tackle the ofice. That means bundling wires, setting up a second printer for photos, filing paperwork, paying bills and a host of other office related stuff. Looks like The Guru will only be a mouse click away for a good part of the day. When I've had my fill of that I'm gonna drive one of the cars to town and do some lite shopping. Today, may the good news be yours.

Morning guys...Just like the trend, seems like if you are rich and/or famous, you think you are above it all. It will be a devastating blow to the Penn State football program. Not much going on here for today....school then a meeting this evening.

The weather looks to be pretty good here for the next several days. I got the pickup washed and a coat of wax put on last night. The wife's car is next in line. We are headed to a funeral...ooppps, I mean wedding on Saturday. The weather is supposed to be the nicest day of the week. As I was washing the PU yesterday the wife came out and said "We ought to take the Corvette on Saturday." I believe she's right.

I hope you guys all have a great day.

Yep, I'll be rolling in the "stroker" tonight... Spent too much time cleaning the car for storage to get it dirty. Will be putting it in the trailer this weekend.

Looking forward to dinner as well!

Thanks for the reminder, Tom.

So, rather than sit here for hours trying to figure out DNBFS, I'll have a project to start (after the sun comes up).
Wash the truck, dig out the car cover somewhere in the race trailer, wash the car cover on top og the pickup, rewash the pick up.

Then wash the C4, it's been covered with glass beads, not good.
I took shop vac #3 apart yesterday, it was dedicated to the glass bead cabinet. The seal on the filter blew out and that's what blew glass all over the shop and the C4.
I did notice that the motor was getting a little louder. I should have a pool on how long the motor will last.

Greetings! A real shame about the Penn State program and Paterno's legacy, but it had to be. There's no wiggle room when it comes to this kind of crime.

Today marks 2 years without a cigarette. I haven't been able to say that since 1966. The e-cigarette has been nothing short of a miracle for me.

Enjoy your day, Gurus!

Congrats indeed!!!
Dreaded work today, I'm caught up (knock on wood) and looking like it's gonna be a long day. I really would like to be off. haven't slept well and would LUV to sleep in, but it's beautiful outside and I need to get the C5 washed and vacuumed and the loose radio wire fixed. Then fill 'er u with gas. I'm planning on running away. There's a Kid Rock concert in Orange Beach, AL I just might show up at.
