The other day my wife decided we'd swap mattresses with the ones in the guest room. She was having back issues and thought the swap might be beneficial. Well the swap may be beneficial to her but now MY back is killing me. Pinched nerves around #5. I can hardly straighten up, never mind try to do anything. I could be wrong about the bed but tonight I might just go sleep in the guest room and see if there's a difference.

Coldest day this winter. Woke up to 26* temps this morning and high of only 46* forecast for the day. Iced up on the koi pond, but no ice on the lake.

Tommy have you been to the bone cruncher..? Sounds like a tune up is in order....we put a foam piece on our old mattress when Uwoman was having back problems and it worked so well we just left it on....I have seen the ads for a new mattress called Optimum on TV....It looks interesting so I thought I might check it out someday....by Sealy Posturpedic.

Sun is out and it will hit 57 today then goes in the crapper for the next 10 days. I think a Corvette road trip is in order today....

That's all I got, have an easy day Guru's....

Here is that Mattress....

That's cool. They look so pretty you don't even have to make the bed.

We have about a 2" pad of memory foam on the bedding we moved to the guest room. I really think that's the difference. May have to unmake the other bed and steal it back, then go get another foam pad for that bed.

Good Sunday morning guys....I've got up early and worked out already. It's supposed to be nice here too, nearly 70, so the Vette is coming out for a drive. I'm taking the middle GS to the next level of competition in the free-throw championships. It's just he and I so I'm taking the Vette.

Bill, I slept on the deck one night and woke up with a.....well, never mind.

I have a Posturpedic that's old...really old...made right after they quit stuffing matresses with straw.

It's still really comfortable, not a tear in the fabric, etc. Sealy makes good stuff.

Howdy! A week from now, I'll have been in the air for a little over an hour, heading for 81 and sunny, trying to forget the dent I put in my wallet yesterday.

I'm not sure I can buy a Sealy product. My old man worked for them for years, and became a regional sales manager. Then they got bought out, had him train his younger/cheaper replacement and shit-canned him.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to imagine how cool it would've been if my grandpa had picked me up in his Corvette.

Enjoy your Sunday, Gurus!

We have the 6 day cruise coming up in July. My nephew in Boston graduates HS in May. Not sure he's really related to us. He's a smart well balanced kid. They want us to come up for the graduation. We might just do that. May in Boston is usually a nice time of year. I'd like to go for about a week. The pet-sitter bill will be almost as much as a round trip ticket. sigh ....

3/8ths-16, about 3 1/2 in thread length.

Not the best way to do it (the installer has a bearing that rides on the hub).

Make sure the small hub (with the groove for the puller) faces towards the front of the car.
Spec is - flush to the shaft +, - 1/32.

The puller installer tool is like $24.

Shit happens ....

The fact that the Triumph just had an incident decreases the chance of anything like that happening on our cruise. We're going on The Breeze. Only about a year old now.

Yea, and that you didn't win at the casino last month increases the chances you will win this month.
I know this to be a true fact,

Speakin' O shit, the 67 body is supported by 2 - 3 in pieces of 2x4 and one chain - Oh Shit.

Waiting on a 20 minute primer dry so I can recoat and set the damn thing back down.

Good Evening CGs!

Been bumming around today. Got in a killer hamstring workout and then watched Skyfall with the surround sound cranked up and no wife around to yell at me

FIL's stove broke so I spent some time looking in to that. Still need to pull the top if the range apart and do some more diagnostics ... it is either the heating element or the infinity switch.

Tommy - hope the back feels better.

Well, the grandson didn't win, so we don't have to worry about going on to the next stage. We did take the Corvette and so that was good. When I got home the wife asked if I was going to put some window shades up at the church where I'm doing a bunch of work. So I loaded two younger GSs and grandma and we went down to put up shades. Took about two and a half hours. Got back and took them out to eat.

Now just chillin' listening to the oldies, they have a special program every Sunday evening dedicated to the first decade 1955-1965.

Been a crazy day here - tried to do my side job work and the file they sent me was one version newer than what I had. But on my computer the icon said it was the same as mine. Then it was giving me licensing errors. Spent a ton of time trying to figure all that out with no solution. I'm taking my laptop up there to their office tomorrow and they're putting a copy of their new version on here for me free. Ok that works. Got my truck home also, cleaned it up. Still need some small things but it's here and I'm driving it, we'll get back to the other things later. Need some newer lights on the passenger side and a mirror outer cover on the driver, but I'm good. I like heated seats - never had those. heck, I'm still getting used to there being a light in my clothes dryer. Has the 5.3 Vortec, leather heated power seats, it's a 2000 Sierra SLT Z71 4x4, I'm out a total of $5,500....Anyway, here 'tis:

I know exactly what you mean with the interface between older and newer versions. I'm 6 years older than my wife. It often triggers a communication error.

Letty, that one is very similar to my 99 Chevy Silverado I had. They are really good trucks and the heated seats...yea, they are that good..........
