Good Morning CGs!
I was writing the date on a piece of paper yesterday and thought to myself "where has the month gone?" Then I thought to myself "where has the year gone?"! I can't believe it's the end of September already. Unreal. How many more shopping days until Christmas? Who cares? Got my new wiper blades yesterday for the Corvette but haven't put them on yet. I figure after 7 1/2 years I should change them. Not something I use often, but when I need them I want them to work. Other than that the car is running well. Hopefully the one set of seat cushions should be done on Monday so I can install them. We'll see. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |

Heading out to Eldora shortly. Midgets, Sprints, and Silver Crown cars and not a wing in sight. I haven't decided if I am going to shoot or spectate yet. But no matter what, it is a beautiful day for a ride in the Corvette.
Of course this probably means tomorrow will be dedicated to washing and detailing the Corvette. |

Slept in a bit today....its sunny and going to be warm. Husker game day so lots going on there. Will go in early and go to a tailgate party then meet up with Uwoman for the game. We should win this.....
Got all the car siding up in the shop and got it all trimmed out. Now I need to start putting things back in place...I may have to wait until next year for the floor but am still working on it.... Have a fun day Guru's..... |

Morning guys....it's a pretty day in KC. The sun came up despite the Royals miserable loss last night. today the new living room furniture came to the #1 daughter's house. We moved the old stuff to the garage. We'll load it up tomorrow to haul home. The new stuff is really nice.
Msrcus, did you check out the tiles from Greg Smith? I think they'll send you some samples to look at, if you contact them. half the price of the RaceDeck stuff. Saw a neat thing on FB, and relates to time flying... It said "After Monday and Tuesday, even the Calendar says W T F" I thought that pretty much says it all.  |

The concrete is poured and the rain has been holding off, thank goodness. I put two coats of Teak Oil on the teak furniture while the concrete crew poured and finished. Results to follow.

NICE DRIVE OVER TO F'VILLE IN THE BUMBLEBEE THIS MORNING; NO TRAFFIC SO I GOT TO DRIVE LIKE I WANTED, AT LEAST UNTIL DARLING WIFE STARTED SQUEALING LOUDER THAN THE TIRES DID ON THE CURVES AND I HAD TO SLOW DOWN :-) ALSO FOUND A BYPASS AROUND A BUNCH OF LITTLE ARKANSAS SPEEDTRAP TOWNS THAT WAS JUST AS QUICK. KIDS TEAMS BOTH WON AND THEY EACH MADE A GOAL SO ALL WAS JOYOUS. |

Just got back from the last soccer match today. it's a beautiful complex they play at, but 9pm on a Saturday night is just too much for 9 year olds, IMO.

Hey How about them Huskers....? Beat the Miami thugs 41 to 31 in a game that had it all....91,500 in attendance...most of them in some form of inebriation but they were loud......me tired....
