When I was stationed in Germany AFRTS (Armed Forces Radio and Telivision Services) used to have a regular show with Wolfman Jack every night. I saw him as MC intoduce Tina Turner, Alice Cooper and a few other bands at a concert I went to. Clap for the Wolfman, He will rate your record high ...........

Hell, I lived that movie. I graduated from high school in southern California in 1965, the Wolfman was on the radio every night (AM of course)

Was there some other kind of radio besides AM? Quite a few number of years of my first musical awareness occurred exclusively on AM too.

Absolutely, I lived in San Diego county but had a girlfriend in Tustin so cruised them often! Great times OOOOOWWWWOOOOoooo!
