Drove to pick up some apple juice for some smoking I was doing.

Did you pick up a flat of Oreos and a gallon of ice cream to go with the apple juice.

Interesting map here...

http://gasbuddy.com/GB_Map_Gas_Prices.aspx

Looks like we're up to $4.09 for regular here...

We are at the $3.35 range in TN. I went to the marina this week and the pump was set at $4.25. Guess I will have to drop anchor in the marina's cove this summer!

Painful as it is, there's an upside. As prices rise, it becomes more economically feasible to explore other alternatives, including new oil extraction technologies. For example, the Bakken field is huge, but its geology has made it expensive to extract the oil. But I'll bet we get it figured out:

I cannot express how fortunate I am in this regard. My company pays for my gas to get to work and back. Good thing too, for all the miles I drive.

My wife works about three miles from home, and has a little Suzuki SX4 that gets decent mileage.

If I had to pay for my gas, that would be a $300 a month pay cut for me.

Ramen noodles for everyone!

I don't know cause I haven't filled up in over a week, but regular (what I use) is around $4.15, diesel is 4.89. Ugh. THe best part about being on vacation is I don't go anywhere and I don't have to drive!

Wow fuel was still cheap in April.

Northern Calif
Regular 4.55
Diesel 5.55

Chevron Premium 4.75

My lil' "whyt rice" still gets 40+ MPG.
Makes being a mobile computer service affordable.

No batteries and 220 on the clock.
